We had just gotten our floors redone at our new house a few days prior, and they did not damage any of the floors and were respectful I took off their shoes in the rooms that we ask them to do so. I highly recommend using pack horse moving because of their affordability and for their professionalism and communication skills as well as their expertise in moving and protecting your items.<br><br>Would also like to recognize the sales team for having an exact estimate that was exactly what we were charged when Shane and Trey wrapped up. The office staff confirming my move details were so sweet, and prompt to review details in the beginning, and twice once the move got closer. “I used this company to move from a house I had been in for 30 years. Needless to say I had a lot of stuff to move. I called Jensen because they are a locally family owned company which appealed to me. I was not disappointed. They came the day before the scheduled move to help me finish packing and prepare the tvs, mirrors, and large pictures to be ready for the next day. The movers who handled that aspect were professional, efficient and personable. The next day the movers arrived as scheduled and began immediately and did not stop until everything was moved into my new place. Unfortunately it turned out to be record heat for April but it did not deter them in the least. Everything was handled professionally and they were very kind about everything. It took all day but the movers never stopped. The only minor issue was a desk didn't survive but I received a claim form to submit for it. The communication was excellent and I would highly recommend this company.”

“This was only a 3 piece "in house" move, but two of the pieces were very heavy marble dressers that were going up one floor.<br>My son and I managed to bring them up the house entrance steps (about 12 steps or so) into the house (using moving straps), but we were gassed out at that point and I decided to find a moving company. That night I ask Google Gemini to find some "in House" movers in my area and one of the suggestions was Packhorse Moving. That night I went to their website and filled in the contact info, and the next morning I heard from Jesus, their Moving Consultant. After sending them some pictures of the items to be moved, they provided a quote and said they could have a 2 man crew take care of it that day.<br><br>The movers were Shane and Tre, and they were awesome and took care of the move like Supermen. I needed 2 movers & a truck for a local move of a 1-bedroom apt to 2 new locations. The 2 movers had to move everything from the 2nd floor to the ground floor, using a small, very busy "people" elevator. Previous movers were very unhappy with the elevator situation and had an attitude. Dave & Paul were so pleasant & smiling, with no complaints. They had 2 difficult staircases at the 1st delivery location & they managed everything with no damage to walls or items. Previous movers had ruined a new paint job and dented my refrigerator. The estimate was for 4 hours. They did it very efficiently in 3 hrs & reduced the price accordingly. I have already recommended them to several people. Definitely 5 stars!”

“I have been slow at getting this review up, but in early January, I had to start the cleanout of my parents' house as they had relocated to assisted leaving out of state near me. I contacted a few businesses for quotes and decided to go with Christmas City. My parents' house is up a dirt lane, and on the day the dumpster was to be delivered, Collin attempted the delivery, but a layer of solid ice on the lane made delivery impossible. Collin did not hit us with any charges for the unsuccessful delivery, but simply asked that we keep him informed as to the state of the lane. A couple days later we called to inform him that we believed a delivery was possible and he promptly came and delivered our 20 yard rental. After we filled it and needed it replaced, he again was extremely prompt in swapping it out. We appreciate everything he did to help us out.”
