The only reason I knocked down 1 star was cause there were issues with some timeliness. Over all the work was done well, and the most important part of why you go with movers is your stuff getting there in one piece. I moved across country and krupp did a great job protecting all of my breakables, which I had a lot of. All my fine china and expensive furniture arrived in the same condition it started out in. Over all a really good mover!”

We used this company for our interstate move to Ohio in October of last year. Because they offer a full-packing service where you pay extra so you don't have to touch anything, I completely trusted them. I never expected such a terrible result for the premium price we paid. When we arrived at our new home in Ohio and they began unpacking, I was absolutely horrified. The lack of care for our belongings was shocking. They completely ruined personal, irreplaceable items that are incredibly close to my heart, including delicate flowers that my family and I had collected with great effort.The furniture damage was just as bad. I am attaching a photo of our table—it looks as though it was sliding and bouncing around the moving truck the entire trip because all the corners are completely smashed and chipped. I am also attaching photos showing how carelessly everything was crammed and wrapped into the boxes.It is incredibly disheartening to see your belongings treated with such disrespect, especially when you paid a very large amount of money for a professional service. This move was far from cheap, and the service was an absolute nightmare.
To be fair, the company does offer insurance, and after we provided proof of the original purchase prices, they did fully reimburse us for the cost of the damaged items. However, I am still sharing this review because money cannot replace the sentimental value of items that were dear to my heart, nor can it bring back the time and effort spent finding and buying them in the first place.

“I contracted the above business for a move, accurately described the move, and then, after the cancellation period, they asked for further information, charged us more money. At that point, we were already out $1k, so we paid for the extra. Then, after surveying the house and moving half of our things, the movers from an DIFFERENT COMPANY I DID NOT VET abruptly stopped—while in possession of our things—and insisted on even more money. I desperately tried to call for clarification and they repeatedly hung up on me—eight total times. They then took THREE WEEKS to actually get our stuff to us even after we paid their extortion and in spite of carefully measuring all of the boxes and bags on the staging area to make sure it would fit. In addition, they were repeatedly rude and condescending, though my major worry was in fact that they *had our stuff* and couldn’t be contacted for WEEKS. The absolute worst moving experience of my life and I have moved at least a dozen times. It felt like being shaken down by the mob.”

“Extremely Disappointing Experience
I strongly discourage anyone from using Moving Solutions.
I signed a contract with this company, paid a $2,479 deposit, and expected them to move my household furniture from Michigan to Florida. They never performed the services they contracted to provide.
Instead, they sent a different moving company without my knowledge or consent. When the movers arrived at my home, they demanded $11,561.55 instead of the $4,698.38 stated in my signed contract. This happened just two days before my home closing, when I had virtually no alternative.
Before I signed the contract, I was never provided with any cancellation or refund policy. I was also promised $10,000 in insurance coverage, but despite repeated requests, I never received any written proof that such insurance existed.
When I refused to accept the unexpected price increase, Moving Solutions kept my entire deposit even though they did not perform the services outlined in our agreement.
I documented everything, including the signed contract, emails, text messages, and other supporting evidence. Based on my experience, I believe the company failed to honor its contractual commitments and treated me unfairly.
I hope my experience helps others avoid going through the same ordeal. If you are considering this company, make sure every promise is in writing, verify who will actually perform your move, ask for proof of insurance before paying any deposit, and fully understand the company’s cancellation and refund policies before signing anything.”

The crew was slow, sloppy, and complained throughout the entire move about simple tasks such as moving a dresser and the amount of items upstairs—even though we did not have an excessive amount of belongings. They talked under their breath, gave me attitude when I asked them to throw an armoire into the dumpster and generally acted as though every request was an inconvenience.
Ironically, we went out of our way to treat them well. We bought the crew donuts for breakfast and Jersey Mike’s for lunch. We were polite and appreciative all day and my husband even left them a generous tip. Instead of simply thanking him, one of the movers questioned him and asked, “Who is this for?” I have never witnessed anything like it.
One of the most shocking moments was when a mover cut his finger and because he didn’t have a Band-Aid, he wiped the blood on my basement wall. Completely unacceptable and beyond disgusting.
We also had moving a vanity upstairs included in our original quote. Instead of doing the work that was already contracted, the crew asked me how much I would pay them “on the side” to move it. I was honestly speechless.
We paid extra to have our belongings professionally wrapped and boxed, yet nothing was labeled. At the new house, nearly everything was dumped into one room, making unpacking far more difficult than it needed to be. One mover also literally refused to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers despite having to walk on my new white carpeting without covering the floor.
To make matters worse, the move resulted in property damage, including dings in my hardwood floors and paint scraped off multiple doorways.
Before posting this review, I made every effort to address these concerns privately. I called the owner twice to provide this feedback and discuss what happened, but neither call was returned. It’s disappointing that I wasn’t even given the courtesy of a callback.
I’ve been in real estate for over 10 years and have referred countless service providers to my clients. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this company to a client, friend or family member. They have permanently lost my business and any future referrals.”

Gave exact dimensions of item to be moved, show up and ask for another $1500. Their paperwork says its even bigger than it is and still claim its an upcharge for bulky item. The driver even told me after that he only came to look and didn't intend to actually move it.

Majority of the employees were really nice and thorough and did an excellent job, but there’s one or two who showed poor professionalism. I’m not pointing fingers or saying for certain but I moved from Ohio to Okinawa and I just got my stuff. Literally the only thing missing from my shipment are my two cowboy hats. I remember exactly what they should have been packed with and the rest of the stuff in that pile showed up. All of the boxes were accounted for during offloading as well so I know a box isn’t missing. It was also the same employee who packed my underwater camera setup which also showed up broken and needing replaced.”
