“I talked to a bunch of moving companies and honestly by the end of it I was totally confused. Everyone was telling me different things and saying why the other guy was wrong. Then late one evening I got a call from this company and the guy actually slowed everything down and explained what everyone meant, not just what they were saying.<br><br>He straight up warned me about things some movers say that aren’t true and explained why. That alone helped a lot. The price he gave me was in line with a couple other quotes I already had, but the difference was how comfortable I felt after talking to him. He kept making sure I understood the process and the pricing, never rushed me, never talked down to me.<br><br>I get sales, but this didn’t feel like sales. It felt like someone actually cared and didn’t want me getting burned.<br><br>The move itself was flawless. They moved me from St. Pete to Seattle, it took about a week, everything showed up in great shape, and they even put my beds and tables back together. No drama, no surprises.<br><br>I really recommend this company. If they call you, answer the phone and hear them out. Very honest, very transparent, and just genuinely kind people.”

“Black Hawk Moving company was amazing. The customer service is phenomenal! She was so patient and answered ALL of my questions, even though I’m sure i asked a couple of them twice….. We had Keith and Daniel. Moving is very stressful and they were amazing. The garage was a crap shoot and they went above and beyond about asking where each box went into which room. “As many moves can be, ours was complicated. We were trying to sell and buy a house right around Christmas and knew we needed to get a move scheduled quickly due to the holidays. However, with neither transaction being final it was hard to pinpoint an exact date. Joe with Rocky Movers walked me through some options, Barry did a FaceTime tour of the house to create an estimate, and we set a tentative window. Once the transactions were complete, Joe got the date finalized. The movers who arrived at our house were incredibly efficient and professional. Job foreman Martin and his assistant loaded the entire household contents on a 26-foot truck within four hours. They handled our belongings with care. That same care was used two days later when Martin and another assistant arrived to unload the belongings. We were very pleased with the overall communication from the beginning to the end of the process and with the attention shown to ensuring a successful move during the middle of the holiday season.”
