Excellent service by Gretchen and transporter people! I needed a vehicle transported from Martinez, CA to the Inland Empire urgently. I called Monday around 3:30 pm and the following morning Gretchen called to inform me that she had a transporter available; my vehicle was parked on my driveway by Wednesday 8:00 am. Gretchen kept me informed throughout the process and reached out to make sure the vehicle was transferred without any issues.<br><br>The vehicle was transferred from Copart, an auction (but bought through a better bid), and Gretchen knew exactly what info to ask me for and what info to provide me with as a better bid was not releasing the vehicle without the documentation they needed.<br><br>Overall, seamless. Totally recommend!
