The movers called me the day of the move and sa I d they would be arriving sooner than I expected. The movers worked hard to move my furniture and belongings to my new apartment. They were very polite and laughed often during the move. That told me they not only enjoyed each other but we're happy doing their work. They provided quality service. My daughter was also happy with the service and called them to move her belongings from storage to her apartment. I would call them again. Thank you.”

“My experience with on time movers I had a 11 o’clock appointment . The two young men was at my house before 11 I was very impressed with that. they came to my house and assess how much was going into the truck ,these men, Pack the moving truck to capacity, top to bottom, I didn’t hear not one complaint about how much work they had to do. They did it with a smile when we got to my destination, they unpacked me. They put my bed together, and they was on their way. These two young men made a stressful day a little more pleasant thank you on time movers.”

I had 3 storage units that needed to be down sized and moved to another location. Not only did they move my furniture, repacked my stuff in another location, they hauled away ALL the trash. “5 stars. Such a great crew, and they take care of everything stress free. Even when they have to drive down the worst and tightest block in Philadelphia to get your house (thanks again guys 😅😂). I have unfortunately had to move 19 times and can safely say this was the least stressful. I guess that weirdly makes me an expert on this subject so… 10/10 recommend.”

“I was pleased with the knowledge and ability of the movers. They handled items with care and knew how to keep themselves safe as they moved the heavier and more awkward items. They worked together well.<br>I had great appreciation for them as they unloaded at our new house in torrential rain and wind. They were determined to keep things as dry as possible and chose what entryway would be best to achieve that. They hauled beds, king and queen sized mattresses up the stairs, nautilus, elliptical and other gym equipment through the house and down stairs. I knew they were tired and physically exhausted but they kept going with no complaints and interacted with us kindly the entire time.”

However, I was very disappointed to receive an unexpected $214 charge for setting two TVs back on the same stands they removed them from but customer service acted promptly and I got a refund for that extra expense. The company handle the issue very professionally with great customer service and support.”

“First class movers was amazing… I messaged them this morning regarding a move that I needed done, the company I had before couldn’t do it for a couple more days and first class movers was able to get to me same day sent two guys, they were so quick 2 1/2 hours to get me moved from my two bedroom apartment to my three bedroom apartment, I’m a single mom. I was not able to move a lot of stuff by myself and they whipped it out so quickly the guys were very respectful. I manage an apartment complex and I’m definitely handing out their business cards!! great job guys”

After following his advice, and feeling comfortable with him after our conversation, we decided to go with his company. They were inside their timeline window, handled all my items safely, packed everything up without any hesitation or wasting time. With my closing on both houses happening the same day they picked everything up the day before, stored it, and brought it back the next day after my closing. Again, unloading was highly professional. The crew both times was very personable, and wasted no time moving all the items inside, and to their destined spots inside the house. The easy of service, and the massive stress relief was worth the money spent. They were reasonably priced, and highly upfront of all costs. Would recommend this company to anyone who asks.”
