“This company is the worse business in Arizona. The owner will bait and switch (illegal), up-charge your debit card more than what was agreed upon (illegal) and leave the job unfinished with damaged items. They will be turned into the Attorney General's office and the Arizona Corporation Commission. I do not recommend using POG Movers ever!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I can't believe they got a 2 star rating. Someone stated they found an A+ rating for them. The only way they could possibly get any favorable rating is because they wrote it themselves or got a family member to write it. They are thieves, liars, no integrity, morals, ethics or character. They overcharge many times over. As someone stated they don't give an estimate based on any tangible information. Just pull a number out of the air they want. How can you give an estimate when you don't even ask for the delivery destination? The estimate didn't change when I provided the address. They won't provide CUSTOMER SERVICE. When they are asked to confirm false claims they made, they won't supply the evidence which means they can't. They will only communicate when it regards them receiving payment. No surprise when I had items delivered from their storage facility multiple items were missing. Contacted the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and a lawyer. "Businesses" like this should not be allowed to continue to do business. I am going to pursue this until I find someone who can sanction these crooks and robbers. They should not profit by taking advantage of good decent people. I regret having to give them 1 star because it wouldn't let me submit it with none.”

“Worst possible move experience ever. This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating, They took an extra 2 week's to get our property to us and we had to stay in a hotel for that time paying more rent wondering if we were ever going to get our belongings. They sent gangster hoodlums to move all of our belongings into our new home, they dented and scratched most of our furniture. they lost pieces of the furniture so it could not be reassembled properly. Not that these jokers knew how to do that being what pieces they tried put together were all wrong anyways. i had to hire someone else to come help me reassemble my furniture after I got the workers off my property I had to call the sheriff out to get them removed. Because they were threating us with weapons saying that we need to pay them or they were going take us hostage They left many of our belongings in the driveway for us to move into the house by ourselves and we did not finish until 5 am the next morning, They broke my daughters tv, they broke the transmission in my 1972 Nova, they lost my $350.00 ladder, they were literally throwing our belongings out the side door of the trailer onto the street. The stupid driver drove the truck into a ditch across the street and centered the trailer on the street blocking all traffic. The sheriff was called out for that too because my neighbors could not get out. they had to call a tow truck out to pull it out and cracked the end my new driveway when pulling the truck out. they refused to pay for any of the damages or for any of my extra expenses. and charged me $20,000.00 for this. I am a disabled US veteran an got treated like a piece of dirt. avoid this company at all cost !!!”

“This is my second time hiring POG Moving & Helpers. They did a great job on our move, again. The team analyzed space and moving trailer and packed everything in there very efficiently so that it all fit. They were very careful when moving washer and dryer down the stairs from the second floor. Overall, very pleased with their service. Thank you to Anthony and his helper. I will hire them again for the next move.”

“Do not hire this company. They are a bunch of scam artist. Spoke with a lady in the office about an unload of a 20 foot truck. They wanted to charge $400 to unload standard items into a single story apartment highly recommend looking elsewhere.”

“Would not recommend. We hired P.O.G. Moving & Helpers to assist with unloading a 26-foot moving truck in Prescott after moving one of our clients from Colorado Springs. Our driver was onsite working alongside their crew, and we paid for the service in full upfront. During the unload, damage was done to our client’s hardwood stairs. As movers ourselves, we understand that accidents can happen. No moving company is perfect. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle things afterward. Unfortunately, that’s where this experience completely fell apart. The damage was reported immediately after the move on June 10. Since then, communication has been frustrating at best. Most attempts to get help lead to an AI response rather than an actual person. When we did receive updates, we were repeatedly told they were waiting on a repair company or another contractor. The last update we received was on June 16. Since then, nothing. No follow-up. No phone call. No email. No urgency to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, our client is left waiting for answers regarding damage that occurred during the move. As a moving company ourselves, we know how important accountability is. When damage happens, you communicate, you follow up, and you make it right. Unfortunately, we haven’t seen any of that here. The unloading crew was only part of the experience. The real test is what happens when there’s a problem, and in our case, the post-move support has been extremely disappointing. We gave them every opportunity to resolve this professionally. At this point, we’re still waiting.”

“Called Poindexter after another mover never showed up. These guys got to the house about 1.5 hours after calling them (on a Saturday). Office staff was quick to get contracts over to complete while the crew mobilized.<br><br>Luis, Terrel and Ron were ready to go from the start. Loaded the truck up quick, stopped at storage and got that loaded fast. Then unloaded quickly and efficiently. Took great care not to bump or knock into walls in the new house.<br><br>Overall an awesome company from start to finish! Would use and recommend them anytime!!”

“Nate and Joshua just finished my move in Scottsdale Arizona. Everything went smooth and efficiently. We didn't need to use the truck but they brought wrap, multiple dollys, and gloves. They took apart the bed frames and put them back together. They carefully wrapped the mattresses to keep from getting dirty. Took out some of the furniture that I wanted in the trash. I was able to discuss how I wanted to move things and where I wanted them to place them. They called me at about 8:30am started at 9am and we just finished at 10:50am.<br><br>I would definitely have them help me another move in the future. Also Ed is great at communicating. Never had an issue via email, texts, or calls. That's something that is important to me.<br><br>It's very hot this time of year! Make sure they have cold water available in this heat 🥰”
