Moving company reviews in Reno

“Dylan Tuttle & his partner were friendly, professional, & very efficient. I highly recommend Wolfpack Moving when you need to move your household”

“Wolf Pack is always wonderful to use. They are professional, easy to work with and always show up on time.”

“Very thankful for Wolf Pack movers. They had availability within a weeks notice to move. The guys Will and Evin were clean, on time, respectful, and good company as they got the job done. Very careful with the furniture and worked hard in the summer heat. They did an excellent job”

“Great, efficient movers. AJ and Even were friendly, courteous, and hard working. Highly recommend.”

“I would give them 6 stars if I could. I hired them to move me from an apartment in Sun Valley to a house south of Reno in November of 2025. Their communication was excellent. The movers showed up exactly when they said they would. When the movers arrived they were clean cut and professional. Heck, even my Belgian Malinois who's "iffy" on strangers liked them right off the bat. I didn't have to give them anything but basic instructions on what went where. The entire move from a difficult to reach 2nd floor apartment into a somewhat difficult to reach house was done in record time. Nothing damaged, nothing missing, just a perfect drama free move. The office slightly over bid the job so the move came out cheaper than I had expected. My only complaint? Wolf Pack did such a good job that my expectations on what a moving company should be were raised to a level no other company at this price point can dream of matching.”

“Chris and Ryan from Wolf Pack Moving showed up on time and worked very hard to delicately move our antique piano. There were a few challenges (stairs) but they worked out a solution to get the piano moved safely. Thanks for your help!”

“The two Dylans were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not have asked for more.”

“Both movers Ryan and Chris were helpful and friendly. They were professional and courteous. They went the extra mile to get a queen size boxspring upstairs that would not fit. They found a solution. I would recommend to my family and friends.”

“Wolf Pack movers do a great job. They show up on time, work fast, and they are careful with the items they move. Chris and Clay are awesome.”

“Ricky and Dylan were great! Did an excellent job with handling and packing everything. The move was painless and stress free because of their service! Highly recommend”

“We moved from a Townhome to a Single Family home in our same development. It was literally .3 miles! I of course didn't think we had that much stuff to move, but we did! Sam and Chris were fantastic! Such professional individuals, friendly, and just happy to help with anything. Great job Sam and Chris and Wolf Pack Moving please do recognize these gentlemen as we were so thankful for all they did!”

“O'Briens moving are the best! From the first time they came in to give us a quote to the last box moved in, they communicated often and efficiently, stayed true to their quote, and took immense care in putting our things where we needed them. THEY ARE AMAZING! 10 out of 10!”

“Josh and his team just installed my new used pool table. It’s perfectly leveled and the new felt looks amazing. If you have any questions on pool tables this is your guy. Very professional.”

“Thank you, Julie and Jorge, for an outstanding move from DFW to Colorado. Julie nailed the estimate—she was within two boxes of our entire household, which was incredibly impressive. Jorge and his team were quick, professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about our family and our belongings. They had us fully packed in just an afternoon and evening, and everything was unpacked by 2 PM the next day. Jorge is truly amazing, and we would choose this same team again without hesitation. This was hands down the best moving decision we’ve ever made. Thank you both for everything! An amazing team.”

“Andre’s was awesome from start to finish. Super fast, professional, and handled everything with care. On top of that, Andre is just a genuinely easy to work with, communicative, and made the whole moving process way less stressful. Highly recommend if you want movers who actually show up, work hard, and treat your stuff right.”

“Andreas T. truly made this move. He was a professional every step of the way and helped out in more ways than our assigned moving coordinator. He made the move so smooth and easy. Give him a raise!”

“My parents were making a move multiple states away. When I booked a moving service we were assigned Andres. What a wonderful experience. Andres was an excellent communicator. He made sure that he made several touch points with me before and during the cross country move. He maticulously ensured that my parents items were well cared for. You could tell he takes pride in his work. In addition, he treated the gentlemen working alongside him with great respect. I highly recommend and would ask for Andres again in any future moves.”

“I can't rave enough about O'Briens Moving & Storage. They moved our house last Wednesday, and it was about as perfect a move as you could ever hope for. From the very beginning, the four man crew was careful and courteous, and clearly took pride in what they do. Every piece was protected with care- you could tell they treated it like it was their own. What really stands out to me was the attention to detail. When they delivered everything to the new house, they actually laid down carpet runners so they would not track dust in and out. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. There were four movers, all dressed in company shirts, all professional and respectful, they worked as a team efficiently and cooperatively making sure they fit everything into one truck load- which saved us both time and money. That alone made a big difference. But more than anything, it was the feeling you get when a job is done right. Smooth, respectful, and done with care. True PROS ! I am truly grateful we chose O'Brien's. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you want your moving day to simply go right- not by chance, you need to hire a crew of people who care. I promise you, you will be thankful you called O'Brien's. BTW, the price Luke gave me in his estimate was right on the money. There were no hidden charges and no surprises on the final bill.”

“These guys are professional and know their craft. Timely and considerate for homes with families. Had my 7 foot single slate table get moved and set up exactly as expected 5/5 recommend these guys.”

“Andres delivered a baby grand piano to me after picking it up from a family member in Illinois. He was prompt, polite, and very professional. He coordinated with local movers to help with the heavy lifting, and everything turned out perfectly.”

“Moved pool table quickly and professionally. Replaced the felt following the move. The table has never played better,”

“Have used the team three times and they are awesome. Fast, on time, quality, and easy to deal with. Moved twice and refelted once. Great work”

“I want to say that our moving experience with Andreas and his crews was the very best. They were efficient, courteous and handled our possessions like their own. I am highly recommending them if you are getting ready to move.”

“I first met Josh in 2020 when I bought my pool table from a local consignment store, as he was the company they contracted to help customers bring the table home. I called on him again recently to move that table to a new place, and Josh and Nate did a great job moving it and rebuilding it with new bumpers, pockets and felt. Looks like a new table and I’m very happy with the process. I would definitely call on them again when I need my pool table moved.”

“Excellent customer service. Andres our driver took extra care of delivering our furniture & boxes everything came in very good condition, no broken stuff, he’s very polite & friendly he took his time in making sure our stuff was in the right place for us in our new home in El Paso Texas, he deserves 5 stars for his service. Annie our coordinator chose the right people to help us. Thank you both.”

“We were referred to O'Brien's Moving and Storage though a friend in Reno. We couldn't be more pleased with the Professionalism and Service. They were quick to set up Luke to come out and give us a quote and scheduled the actual move date right away. Luke was on time for our quote as were the movers on our moving day. All three of the gentlemen who moved us were professional and courteous from start to finish. From the initial phone call to the completion of our move, we felt like we were treated as family. We would definitely use them again and recommend O'Brien's Moving and Storage to our friends in the future.”

“Very quick and easy process. Josh and Nate are stellar dudes that really know what they’re doing. Both are very knowledgeable in the craft and can answer any questions you have. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their table moved, installed, or refurbished. 10/10 service”

“Andres helped make our huge cross-country move a breeze. From the start, he overcommunicated, making sure we knew who he was, when he was going to arrive, and how many crew members he would have with him. Once loaded, he kept in close contact so we knew when we could expect him on the other end. Once he arrived, he quickly handled a last-minute issue with the size of our storage facility - something that would have caused us extra stress during an already stressful time - with so much ease. Our things arrived on time, in perfect condition, and Andres and his movers were a joy to work with. I can’t recommend him enough! I hope I don’t have to move again for a very long time, but if I do, he will be my first call!”

“Great experience, got my table back to perfect playing.”

“I would highly recommend these guys. Communication was excellent and very personable. My table was going to consignment and the day they moved it my neighbor wanted it for his grandson. They called off the consignment and moved it to grandsons home for the same price. Great people to work with!!!!!!”

“Great company and local. They take great care of your moving needs. They are very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend them for your moving needs and storage needs. Thanks to the O’Brien team for doing a fantastic job.”

“I highly recommend Anytime Anywhere Piano moving! They took our last minute request and offered an excellent price. The gentleman who moved the piano were well trained and professional. Great service!”

“The two gentlemen that showers up were right on time as proposed and made my safe move quick and easy. The care they took wrapping my safe in insulating blankets and plastic wrap to prevent scratches was great. It was like they were treating it as a piano. I would recommend them to anyone that had to move something heavy &/or delicate. Their prices were the best in town as well. Other companies were quick to charge me a heavy item surcharge. If you need a safe moved, please use this team. Update: I went back to start filling my safe and I realized they placed little rubber feet on my safe to protect my concrete floors! At my old house it definitely left scratches when originally delivered and these guys went above and beyond to protect my new concrete floors. I didn’t ask for this and they didn’t charge me for this, they just took care of it for me. I’m extremely impressed and will be referring them to others.”

“Timely, communicated well, very organized, would recommend to anyone needing moving services. These guys are the real deal.”

“These guys are awesome! First of all, by far the most fairly priced. We were given another quote for more than double what they charged. Super quick to respond and got the job done within 24 hrs of my request. Quick, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!”

“Kept in touch, moved my Steinway all the way from Carson City Nevada to Arizona. Great guys, professional and positive.”

“Both movers were courteous, efficient and very carful with my furniture. Also, talking with Janet over the phone was a pleasure.”

“The two employees showed up on time and were very polite and ready to work. Our quote was 8 hours and they finished in 5 hours. Office staff checked in prior to move and confirmed all details and check in after move to make sure everything was taken care of. Would use this company again for sure!”

“James and the crew were terrific.”

“My requested quote to move my daughter's upright piano from Auburn, Ca to Reno was immediately responded to by The President of Anytime Anywhere Piano Moving Co. The quote was very reasonable and lower than a competitor's. My communication before and during the move was excellent. The move itself can be summed up as friendly, safe and professional !!! To see my daughter's smile that her piano was safe and sound in her new home was worth every penny spent. I highly recommend these professionals to any potential customers. .”
