I can't rave enough about O'Briens Moving & Storage. They moved our house last Wednesday, and it was about as perfect a move as you could ever hope for. From the very beginning, the four man crew was careful and courteous, and clearly took pride in what they do. Every piece was protected with care- you could tell they treated it like it was their own. What really stands out to me was the attention to detail.When they delivered everything to the new house, they actually laid down carpet runners so they would not track dust in and out. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. There were four movers, all dressed in company shirts, all professional and respectful, they worked as a team efficiently and cooperatively making sure they fit everything into one truck load- which saved us both time and money. That alone made a big difference. But more than anything, it was the feeling you get when a job is done right. Smooth, respectful, and done with care. True PROS ! I am truly grateful we chose O'Brien's. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you want your moving day to simply go right- not by chance, you need to hire a crew of people who care. I promise you, you will be thankful you called O'Brien's. BTW, the price Luke gave me in his estimate was right on the money. There were no hidden charges and no surprises on the final bill.

We were referred to O'Brien's Moving and Storage though a friend in Reno. We couldn't be more pleased with the Professionalism and Service. They were quick to set up Luke to come out and give us a quote and scheduled the actual move date right away. Luke was on time for our quote as were the movers on our moving day. All three of the gentlemen who moved us were professional and courteous from start to finish. From the initial phone call to the completion of our move, we felt like we were treated as family. We would definitely use them again and recommend O'Brien's Moving and Storage to our friends in the future.
