“I moved with this company in Charlottesville, VA. The team manager, Abby, went above and beyond to make my moving experience smooth. I had a complicated move timeline, had 24hrs to leave my apartment (was on night shift), keep my stuff in a storage unit for 1 month when I was in between leases, then move my stuff into the new unit in 24hrs before I started nights. Abby coordinated the whole thing. She kept up with texting as well as email, and adjusted when my schedule ran into hiccups. The crews were courteous, careful, and fast. I had a whole 2bdr apartment packed and on the truck in 3hrs. I have been very impressed with this company.”

“My movers Jawna and Derreck (my apologies for misspelling your names) and Tony were absolutely the BEST!! They were professional, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable about what and how they were doing my move. What I liked the most, is that they was very careful when handing my items. They arrived on time and worked in my buget time frame (finished earlier and I got a refund). Will be using them again!!!”

“I am prior 8 years military and this by far is the absolute worse moving company I’ve ever dealt with. Extreme lack of accountability and lack of care for your household goods. Crew is very unprofessional and argumentative. 1.Crew arrived 30 mins late after 2 hour window. 2. Was told crew would dissemble and reassemble bed sets. Crew arrived with absolutely no tools at all. I disassembled and reassembled my beds myself. 3. Crew was very argumentative and I myself had to help with the moving of furniture because crew damaged my couch with scuff marks from them rubbing the couch on the walls. 4. Crew is paid by the hour and they made a stop at a store to get something to eat because one of their guys “blood sugar was low” 5 Crew damaged my entertainment center. Thomas discounted my move by $200 even though all issues were explained to him. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and how they handle your furniture and business. Unless you want to watch your things get damaged and move your household items yourself then I recommend you choose another moving company.”
