Moving company reviews in San Antonio

“Second time using this company! They did an even better job this time! Their service is phenomenal 😄”

“Fast & reliable! 10/10 would recommend”

“A small move less than a quarter mile away from our current home. Gene couldn't of been more helpful when I called and asked for his company for a second time. Only company I would EVER trust. We came up with a date that he had guys available. He sent his crew led by Adrian and it was the most amazing experience. The guys were super friendly, and watching them in "beast mode" including working fast and efficiently was awesome. I'm super OCD, I measure everything. Not one time did I feel they were bothered by my suggestions. In fact, they made sure before they went on to the next piece, they had it right per my specifications. After a while it got to be perfect with them eye balling the measurements and I didn't need to pull out the measurer. Seriously, these guys are the best. Great leadership Gene! Keep up the good work. Thank you!”

“Pete and PJ were amazing to work with. They were very kind, respectful and resourceful. They took great care with all of my items and were a pleasure to be around. Would hire them again! Thank you for making my move so smooth, I was so stressed and they made me feel safe and secure all along the way.”

“The driver, Miguel, was the epitome of professionalism. He introduced his team, reviewed the plan, and maintained a clean and safe worksite. He was clearly in command of the logistics, which allowed us to completely focus on our family instead of the move. Leadership like that defines a premium moving company.”

“Friendly, fast, and accommodating. Moved a tiny home for me, arrived in the same shape it was when they picked it up. Great group of guys”

“After my second shot, I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Albert and Alex. They truly embody what your slogan stands for. I’m incredibly thankful they came out and stayed with me until the very end. From start to finish, they were kind, supportive, and made the entire experience much more comfortable.”

“This move involved valuable and delicate items, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The movers clearly know how to protect furniture, electronics, and breakables properly.”

“I called because I had questions about a text I received from Geo, and a female by the name LISA answered and was very informative and helpful, she cleared the air about the questions I had, for people needing help ask for LISA. Im not affiliated by no means, but if you want good customer service I'd ask for her.”

“I needed help moving into my new apartment which is up 3 flights of stairs, from my old apartment which was up 2 flights of stairs, and wow did Boxed Moving Service impress me! They immediately jumped in and made my move quick and easy. Not only is the staff pleasant and cordial, they are attentive to detail and took extra care in making sure my belongings were protected throughout the entire process. I will definitely be utilizing their business in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable movers with excellent service! Thank you for everything, Box Moving Service :)”

“Kevin.H and Andrew were absolutely amazing. They came to work and were really hard working thought the entire process. Friendly and efficient. I’ll use them for my next move.”

“All 3 men were kind, helpful and considerate. They moved me from a 2 br house to an upstairs apartment in the next town and took some things to storage. They placed my furniture where I wanted and set up my beds and mirrors on my dressers. They were careful, no wall incidents and no damage. It took about 5 hours and the rate was reasonable for all they did. I would use them again and highly recommend! Thanks guys!”

“Cannot recommend these guys enough! There were incredibly professional and easy to work with! We had them move us from San Antonio up to the Austin area and they did an amazing job. All of our stuff was handled with care and it made our move so much smoother. Will absolutely be using them again the next time we move!”

“Kevin.H and Toby - did a great job handling all of our items with care & were very respectful. With just the two of them the move was done pretty quickly!”

“FRANK’s MOVERS IS THE BEST!!! I have lived in San Antonio 40 years and moved several times. One of the first things I learned when I arrived in 1986 was that I should use Frank’s above all others, according to a good friend who is an art curator. Frank’s, she said, had handled moving jobs for the McNay Museum. To this day, I have never been disappointed in their 5-star+ work. The head of the company is an incredible leader and will go many extra miles for you and work out pricing. The gentlemen who handle packing and moving things are superb individuals and amazing workers. They CARE about their excellent performance with your belongings. Frank’s packing service is is like watching an Olympics of packing, so fast and with such graceful technique. Over the years not one thing was ever broken, except a few years ago a computer desktop screen cracked, which they instantly had repaired and replaced. I have quite a lot of stuff that is not that easy to pack and move, but whatever it is they’ve got it, from china to large furniture. I watched one of them bring one and then another FULL 4-drawer metal file cabinet down a long flight of stairs. These are strong guys, talented guys, dedicated guys. Over the years I have enjoyed getting know them and so much benefited from their outstanding work.”

“My family has used Franks Moving Company since I was a kid. The owner recently passed away but he left his business to his family and we continue to trust them with all of our moves. Now that I am moving into my own home, I’m proud to keep supporting a local business that has continued going strong!! Fair prices and good people.”

“Great job with packing and securing my valuables and delivering them in perfect condition. Great crew, great price, great service! Definitely will recommend if anyone asks!”

“Speedy, reliable movers ! 10/10 highly recommend”

“A friend raved about their experience with Boxed Moving Services to me and now I'm highly recommending them to you. John was both professional and personable, and his team worked incredibly hard. They packed and moved my belongings from a third-floor apartment to a single-story home, and also helped clear out my storage unit. Everything was packed safely and moved carefully — not a single item was damaged. The crew was quick, respectful, and very patient as I decided where I wanted things to go. They also did an excellent job reassembling beds & furniture. I appreciated their eco-friendly approach with reusable totes they pick up afterward. Just a helpful note: they don’t move liquids, which makes because if the container happened to leak then multiple items would damaged. So, I easily transported those in my car.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this company. Matthew and his team are doing an incredible job — they’re reliable, professional, and genuinely care about the people they work with. You can tell they take pride in what they do because the results speak for themselves.”

“Was my second time using Vet Best Movers! We had Blaine, Aaron and Andrew help us move into our new home in Kerrville. They did an excellent job and worked their butts off to get us into the home. Highly recommend using this company.”

“This is our second time to hire First on FireFighters Moving and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! They hustle, they are attentive to details and made sure we were completely satisfied. The price is right and you cannot find a better moving crew than Paul and Chris! Thank you guys, and also for your service🇺🇸. You are very appreciated!!!”

“Omg!! The plan was that I was supposed to move into my new place next week. They let me know last minute that I can move in already as of yesterday. I called Linda and she made it happen. She made arrangements for me. Marty and Joe are the best!!! They came in and did the work and got it done. They were polite, respectful, and extremely social. I liked that. Haha I love to talk. Plus, I’ve known Marty for a while. It’s been a while since I seen him but it was nice seeing him again. If you are looking for movers, I highly recommend giving Linda the call or even Marty. The fact that they work as a team as awesome. I can’t think all of you enough. I greatly appreciate y’all coming through for me last minute. “Very professional.”

“I recently used Pick Your Price Movers for my move and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I reached out for a quote, Gabe was professional, and transparent about pricing and services. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. They wrapped fragile items, protected the furniture, and made sure everything arrived at the new place in perfect condition.”

“I’ve used First on Firefighters for my moving needs on multiple occasions. They have always been professional, efficient and take extra steps to ensure the customers’ possessions are taken care of and secured. Their prices are not only competitive but they also don’t sneak in hidden fees or costs so the entire experience is smooth and hassle free. Moving can be incredibly stressful and exhausting, let First on Firefighters take that burden off your shoulders and take care of your moving needs!”

“At first I was not happy with them because the movers arrived at 1pm, when they were supposed to get there between 9:30-10am. They later explained the situation that the original mover hurt his hand and had to go to the hospital. We understood although we did have to change plans around. When they did arrive, they took their time to wrap all the furniture very well, very securely. They were very friendly and polite. They handled our furniture with care, which I really appreciated. They also made sure not to hit the door frames and walls in each location we were at, and we had 3 different locations to work with. They helped me move some pieces I already had at my house to another part of the house, which they didn’t have to do, and I really appreciated that as well. Tony and Damien were absolutely great, and they saved the day, because we had to get the move done that day. I would absolutely work with them again! Can’t recommend enough!”
