“My experience as a black woman was not good yesterday, first I was told it would be $320 an hour then $60 every 30 minutes which is ridiculous. Then they was 22 minutes late, then sends a two people who is rude like they don’t like talking to black people, didn’t understand English, then on top charge my 500 and I had to move a lot of stuff in my car. So they never took all my stuff I had to do it in my car and charge me $500 to do half my stuff then says $80 for truck feee which I never heard of and then it kept saying, I need to pay for gas, which I never heard of. DO NOT USE THEN UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND UP TO $700 . I highly recommend not using them.”

“These guys were excellent!! Cannot recommend them enough - they spent the entire day moving us out of our house and worked so efficiently and carefully. I have no idea how we would have done it without them and they truly handled all of our things with the utmost care. They disassembled large furniture and then put it all back together at the new house - even our large bed which would have taken us hours. “Very friendly but they insisted I give them $100 more in tip when I helped them carry stuff the entire five hours! I was literally sweating. And not only that, they used my power tools without my permission, used my dollies, and did not wrap all of my furniture to protect them. I will not be recommending them or using them again. Why should I pay people more than the hourly rate on top of a $300 tip when I'm doing 50% of the work??? They should have at least waived the tip or given me a discount. Not right.”

They were obviously careless when transporting our belongings, damaged/broke several items irreparably, and refused to take accountability even though they were clearly responsible. The owner refused to provide any compensation or refund the cost of the service. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking with them.”

“Deeply Unprofessional and Damaging Experience – Beware We hired All Star Moving Company for a local move within San Francisco, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The movers caused visible damage to the concrete floors in our new apartment by dragging a heavy coffee table instead of lifting it. The scratches and gouges are extensive and will require professional repair. When we raised the issue, the crew argued with us on-site for nearly 30 minutes, denying responsibility even though the damage clearly matched the timing and path of the move. One of them even tried to blame a “communication barrier” as if that excused the carelessness. Instead of owning the mistake, they became defensive and dismissive. We later confirmed that the company’s insurance policy should cover property damage like this, as required under California law. Yet even with that information in hand, they refused to take accountability or initiate a claim. It’s shocking for a licensed moving company to behave this way when trust and professionalism are the bare minimum. If you care about your home, your belongings, or being treated with basic respect, avoid this company at all costs. They damaged our floors, wasted our time, and showed zero integrity when confronted with the issue.”

“STOP!!!! Do NOT HIRE!!!!! 7 plus hours to move a two bedroom two bath and I packed everything my self. $1200 and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had three guys. One probably in his 30’s and the other two looked like they were 50’s or older. They reeked of cigarette smoke and even caught them smoking in the truck with all my items furniture in it. They started off moving at a decent pace but after the 2nd hours they started moving slower and slower. Only one of them spoke English but still didn’t not communicate well. They jumped From room to room which I have never seen any professional company do. One of the first things I asked the guy to do was take the camera and a piece of art off the wall. I had a three stair step stool so it should have been an easy ask. I am 5’4” so it was just a little out of reach for me. I asked for the wardrobes so I can put my clothes in them while they work on the living room and kitchen. My daughter’s room was also ready. He brings each wardrobe in one at a time and as I’m working on it, they keep coming into my room trying to grab items as if they don’t have things in the other three rooms to get. He also ask me for a screw driver which I found very odd. This is something that you do, you should be prepared. He insisted on taking my daughter’s bed apart which I didn’t have to do to move it here. He didn’t have a drill so he is doing everything slowly and manually. To the point that I went in to help to create a sense of agency and to hurry the process along. I go back into the living room and they have packed my step stool and the camera and art piece is still on the wall. When I mention this to him he lazily reaches up to the ceiling and says he can’t reach it unfortunately and the stool is already been loaded. They left the shelves on the wall and saran wrap everywhere. It was a point where they were moving around in packs of three and I didn’t understand it especially when they weren’t lifting anything heavy. One guys clearly had an attitude but it really shined through when we got to my new place. He also had earbuds in the entire time. By hour 4 I just said forget it and decided I will pack the rest of the stuff myself. My new place was only 10 mins down the street but I new they would take forever because the place I came from had a large new elevator and the place I was going had elevator but smaller and security door making it a little harder to use for moving. We get to the new place and one has his phone in his had 80% of the time and bringing one item up with the other hand. The one with the ear buds literally shrugged me off when I asked him to put the items in the rooms they belong in. They were trying to dump everything in the living room floor. They didn’t ask where anything should go or how I would like it. Literally built my daughter’s bed and put it against the window and I would have never done that. It was so heavy I can’t move it myself but didn’t want him to take another hour moving it 3 ft. They bent one of my daughter’s dresser knobs and bent my file cabinet leg and left it on its side. The thing weights over 100 pounds. I came back in the kitchen to find my kitchen scissors missing from my knife set. One of them had taken it to cut Saran Wrap off a piece of furniture. They didn’t come prepared to with the proper tools at all. They left Saran Wrap on my patio, in front of my door and downstairs in the area they were unloading the truck at. They were the most unprofessional, rude, and slow movers I have ever hired. My 55 year old mover ended up taking one of their dollys and bringing things up because she saw that they were dragging their feet. . Then when I asked to speak to the manager they gave me the same 415 number I started off with talking to Len but when I called it i immediately heard it ring to the guy with the 510 number. Such a scam. Reviews look like friends and family especially looking at the last names”
