“I can’t say enough good things about Greenlite! I was in a tight spot and needed movers on very short notice, and they came through for me. John got back to me quickly and somehow found time in their schedule at the last minute. That kind of flexibility is rare, and it took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. On moving day the crew was professional, efficient, and friendly. What stood out most was how carefully they handled my things. They treated my furniture and fragile items like their own, wrapping and securing everything properly, and it all arrived in perfect condition. I never once felt worried about my belongings. “2 College Brothers made the moving process very easy. John Jackson provided our initial quote and move consultation, and he was great to work with. On the day of the move, Rob, Drae, and Tony were our movers, and I don't think we could have asked for a better group. They were quick and efficient, but also careful with our belongings and careful about not causing damage to our old or new house. They were also flexible and happy to accommodate us as things and requests popped up during the day. We will absolutely use 2 College Brothers for any future moving needs.”

“This was an $18,000 move from Tampa to Boca. The movers did a good job packing. Delivery they showed up smelling of weed. Broke my poster bed entering the home. Damaged freezer, frames, fridge. Made claims on insurance they provided and never got paid. On delivery day they complained about management and wanted to get out. Put pots and pans in dishwasher just dumped everything for the most part. Worst white glove move - should have went with the big boys”

“I’m going to keep this short and not so sweet. We had several issues with the move from Big Boys Moving. First and foremost, there was several additional fees upon making the booking. To include an automatic gratuity that we had to agree to prior to the move actually happening and an additional fee for them driving the truck back to its location. This resulted in an approximately an extra $1000 more than what we were quoted. When it comes to the actual move itself, we had several items damaged. To include a brand new dryer that is now unusable, a priceless antique from a relative who has passed and other small miscellaneous things highlighting the lack of attention to detail and carelessness of the movers when handling our items. They also damaged the tile floor to our new home by scraping the couch across the floor while moving it in, that was also damaged by them. Moving on to the administrative side of things, our move was several weeks ago and we brought all of these things to the attention of the company immediately providing physical evidence only to hear nothing back after the initial conversations with them after the dispute. Even after attempting to follow up we got no response. No resolution has been made at this time.”
