Hired this company this past Tuesday and it went perfectly with no hitch. They arrived early and carefully moved my furniture - Professional and effective!

We've moved 3 times in the past 2 years, and this was by far the best experience. The company is organized, communicative and all-business; they wisely request a video walk-through of the apartment as well as the inventory list, and because they're so efficient about gathering inventory, they provide a flat-rate. No surprises = chefskiss. Everything was smooth and easy. The COI was handled quickly. The movers arrived exactly when they were expected. Once they began, they worked incredibly quickly, but checked in frequently about whether or not to pack certain items (having accidentally had my wallet packed and loaded onto the truck in a previous move, I appreciated this). Would definitely use them again, and highly highly recommend. ***EDIT - The fee they charge upfront does not include moving back in. It cost double what we expected to pay. This is in the fine print, but had not been the case with Flat Rate Shipping (our other moving + long term storage experience) so we were surprised. ALSO - the eco friendly plastic boxes are only for day-of moves. For storage, they use cardboard. Makes sense, but we’d been sold on the eco boxes.

They took 30 very heavy bins full of books down two sets of treacherous stairs in about 20 minutes, just 3 guys - it was almost mind-boggling. Courteous, quick, gentle with my breakable items (speedily wrapping up things like the mattress and recliner in no time at all) and moving me into my new place in a short window of time, a painless process for me, and it was like 90 degrees out. I scheduled a last minute move. Within 24 hours, I had a flat-rate quote for moving a studio apartment. Plastic moving bins were delivered to my door the next day. On the day of the move, they arrived early. The movers were wonderful - they were communicative, considerate of both the space and my possessions, and moved quickly. Unloading the truck was a breeze - they brought in bins faster than i could direct them. 10/10 experience overall.

We recently made the major move from Connecticut to Florida and am so glad we enlisted A/S. Lead by their foreman Henry (and a crew of three others -- Ricky, Richard and Vlad ), they carefully loaded up a 26 foot moving truck with such skill that there was no wasted space. They excelled in every phase of the job. Packing fragile objects, driving overnight and arriving early, unloading and placing objects in specific rooms and unwrapping the big items. Because of them, I have a new appreciation for the art of moving. A++
