Inquired Saturday about moving, sales person explained all the charges and set my move for Sunday morning! They even came 2 hours early which was also a plus. This is the second time I have used AB Movers. Both times they have provided excellent customer service well above my expectations. My initial contact person on the phone located my prior move information promptly, recognized me and welcomed me back warmly and genuinely. After a few simple questions, she provided me with a detailed move quote that answered all my questions. Movers should up a few minutes early and got started moving within minutes. They were careful wrapping my items and moving them with skill, swiftness, professionalism and much appreciated care. Before I knew it we were packed up and moving to my new apartment. They showed up there minutes after I arrived. And with the same swiftness care professionalism they unloaded my items and placed them in the general area that I wanted. The whole crew was very nice very professional and very easy work with and such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, AB Movers is the best moving company I have ever used in my life. Not planning on moving anytime soon now but when I do AB Movers will be the first and only moving company I call. Overall, it was a perfect experience. I love my friends and family at AB Movers. They are the best !
