Alpine Hot Tub Moving and Service moved my hot tub from Boulder to my home in Aurora. They did a great job. They came as promised, and the pick up and delivery went very smoothly. The three gentlemen who delivered my hot tub were kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They explained everything to me in the way I could understand, and answered all of my questions. They acted like I was their only customer, never seeming to be in any hurry.<br><br>We upgraded our electricity from 110 to 220 for a dedicated electrical circuit for the hot tub. We thought we had every little wire where it needed to be. Not so. I scheduled a service call with Paul as my hot tub wouldn't turn on. We made the appointment and I explained about the upgrade. He said that he would look at the wiring we had done, and if he could help correct the wiring over the phone, there would be no need for a service call.<br><br>Paul spent hours all said and done, looking at photos I sent him of all the wiring, and on the phone with us. He was so patient, taking time to explain where each wire should be going that was not in the right place. He was so fantastic! I'm not sure how many phone calls he took and how many questions he answered, but he explained everything that was needed and now my hot tub works great! I was able to cancel my service call appointment with him. He could have just booked the appointment, come out, charged the fee, then told me that it was not a tub issue, but a wiring issue.<br><br>Every time I called I got someone to answer the phone, and it was usually Paul himself. If Tiffany answered the phone, she was always very kind. If I had to leave a message, I got called the same day. And I was always treated as if I was their only customer.<br><br>I am so grateful for all of Paul's help. Having my hot tub makes it so I can walk with as little pain as possible. I was really struggling with the chemicals and keeping my saltwater tub clean. It was stressing me out and really ruining the experience of my hot tub. I called Paul and he made it all better!
