Fabulous customer service, prompt and responsive and exceptionally professional. Far exceed expectations. Lindsey and Alex and their team invested an up front evaluation of my father's 3600 square foot home that involved motorcycles, heavy furniture and large fossils. That site visit allowed them to efficiently pack and move my day ahead of schedule. They came with a large team, carefully packed up everything, brought healthy fruits and vegetables for smoothies for my 87 year old dad, and were personable and patient at every step. The move was one of downsizing during a health crisis for my father, and Lindsey and Alex's team came in like angels full of light and positive energy and made the transition as smooth as possible. They should specialize in downsizing for the elder home owners! They were exceptionally professional and handled what could have been difficult with ease and smiles. I am so grateful for all of their hard work and compassionate care. They completed many steps, with not ideal closing dates for the sale and purchase, they stored the truck loads over several days and completed the job on budget and in less hours. I highly recommend them!

Movers came fully prepared and did not waste a minute of their and my time. They keep us notified of the steps. The team was everything you could wait in a professional moving service. They got everything I needed.

Completed a full-service move recently from SoCal to NorCal with Big Win Moving. Chose them as they had excellent online reviews, and they were also incredibly responsible and available via phone and email. Getting a quote, invoice, and scheduling the move were all very smooth and seamless. They also were able to get a Certificate of Insurance to my new apartment building. The day before the move, they called to confirm the date and time of loading. The day of the move, they arrived on time with a large team to help pack/load. Everyone was very professional and efficient. After the road trip up north, the smaller team unloaded everything without issue to my new apartment. They were also very responsive to get the final receipt documents for my employer reimbursement prepared. Thanks to Alex, Lindsey, Charles, Pasqual, Harry, and Marden for all their hard work!

We just got moved by Big Win Moving yesterday and I have to say we're impressed. These guys were fast, and they obviously knew what they were doing. Given that this was our 11th move in 16 years, we've seen how the typical moving company operates, and these guys were the best we've ever used. Working with the office was great too. Highly recommended!
