This was a horrible mover. I had a huge move. One of their employees stole a 1.5 caret diamond ring. I brought it to the attention of the move manager and he just replied "wait until everything is unpacked before you say that to us". I had seen the employee take the wrapping off my self wrapped jewelry chest. I knew it was gone. They would do nothing. Horrible experience.

After checking our records, we noticed that your move with us occurred almost exactly two years ago. We have also thoroughly searched all records and communications from that move, and there is no record of a missing ring ever being reported to our team. No claim filed, no email, no call, no text, nothing during or after the move. As a licensed Florida moving company, we maintain a formal claims process for these situations, and any report of theft is escalated immediately, including full cooperation with law enforcement.
