Hands down the best moving experience I have ever had. I hired Cool Hand Movers to pack, move, and deliver my ex’s belongings to his home. Because this was a high-conflict personal situation, I needed the entire process to be documented, controlled, and completed smoothly. I did not realize that a moving company could provide this kind of help, and I want others in similar situations to know how invaluable it can be. Max and Khutso were exceptionally kind and did a fantastic job. Max kept me updated throughout the process, and when he experienced car trouble, he went above and beyond by renting a car to complete the delivery. Cool Hand Movers was absolutely worth it for the peace of mind, outstanding service, and genuinely kind and fundamentally decent people. I would recommend them without hesitation and would absolutely hire them again.

I had such an amazing experience with these movers! They broke nothing, five happy guys worked so hard and fast, they made it their mission to save my 12 foot birch tree from my backyard so it wouldn’t die, and at 4 PM my new house looked unpacked and impeccable! FYI I highly recommend choosing the pack and unpack service; I didn’t have to buy boxes or bubble wrap a single cup!

From start to finish, Cool Hand Movers was top notch. Excellent communication; answered my million questions in advance of the move promptly and patiently. Superb service experience. Movers were on time, friendly and professional, efficient while also painstakingly careful. Everything was expertly wrapped and packed from large dresser to small crystal vase. They didn't miss a beat when the service elevator was unexpectedly down, and they worked -- friendly and professionally -- with the building staff for an alternate route. Can't stress enough how professional the crew was; we moved on the hottest day of the year, and they maintained the same energy, positivity, and results focus throughout. Can't say enough good things!
