I can’t say how happy I am that we chose Countrywide!!!! Melinda who we originally spoke to for quotes gave tips and the best info for moving whether we picked this company or not. She mentioned things I didn’t even know to think of. Adam then was in full communication for the 2 weeks up until the move. Tyler texted and called morning of and were right on time on the minute! They actually made the move fun which is hard to think that any move or big transition is enjoyable. Happy was the man. He was thorough and everything was packed with care and moved very purposefully. Tyler, his co-pilot, was also exceptional. A guy you felt like you’ve known for years. They treated everything like their own. I highly recommend Country Wide Moving & Storage and will look to them with any moving in the future! Great job guys and we thank you SO much!!!!!!!!

This company is a total ripoff. I was lied about everything. They charge for time they don't work. They charge extra fees at the end. The estimator says they will move things that they don't. Plain liars and scammers. The owner doesn't care enough to reach out to customers. Do not use this company.

Good Afternoon Jackie, I wanted to inform that we have looked over all of our records and based on the name that you have here we cannot find you in our system. Is there a chance that you have an order number so that we can look into your order and see exactly what it is that may have been incorrect? The reason for this is that all of our local moves are 100% Non-Binding and you always only pay for the work that the crew completes, this includes but is not limited to packing, labor, travel time, any 3rd party services. The only fee that you would ever see on a move with us is a 4% CC surcharge which is clearly written on all estimates. Also if you could give further detail as to what happened this will help us here address your issue as well as any future problems our customers may have. We patiently await your response. Management

If I could give a -5, I would. I didn’t know they were brokers, very manipulative sales people that lied about everything. Broken containers. Don’t sign anything w/ them. I could have used a pod and save $7000.00. They r crook’s!!!!

I see that most of your reviews are in the New Jersey area and we are located in Ohio. We are not affiliated with any other Country Wide named companies in the US such as Countrywide Relocation, LLC which is located in Carlstadt NJ. Not only are we not a Broker we cannot locate your name in our database for moving. We only perform local moves in the Dayton, Ohio and surrounding area's and if we did indeed relocate you, we would need to know what name it was under or your order number so we can locate you on our database and we can review in the end for a resolve. Great customer service and fair pricing. From Melinda, our on-site estimator to the person answering the phones and coordinated with the dispatcher they were top shelf! The initial thing that impressed me was that once I accepted the quote it was a flat rate without those dreaded extra fees. The reason I'm writing this review, however, is the team they sent to move us. The crew leader, Tom, is a great leader. His depth of knowledge was get helpful. Happy, Sean, and Patrick were energetic and fun living that goes to prove you can joke around and still get things done! They moved us approx. 3 hours door to door. The crew was extremely grateful and there was zero damage!They loaded up on a Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. They even moved my much loved Honda Goldwing! If you want to have a smile amid chaos of moving don't look anywhere else.
