Cousins USA Moving & Storage

I’ve been using cousins for the past 15 years. They move is seamless from the packing to moving in. The team is fantastic. The pricing is excellent and above all their storage is very good. I’ve had to store my furniture for three years now and it’s been tremendous. The support the follow up is very good. I highly recommend cousins for your Moving and for your storage and for your packing, they go over and beyond they very personable and the team is excellent.

The moving crew at Cousins Movers Jonathan, Otis and Easy were Fantastic. 0/5 stars I would give this company **0 stars if Google allowed it My experience dealing with Shaun in sales was extremely unprofessional and frustrating from beginning to end. There was a major lack of communication regarding my move. I was quoted **$822**, but it was not clearly communicated to me that the actual movers would be outsourced third-party workers from another moving company. There was also a misunderstanding regarding exactly what needed to be moved, which ultimately resulted in them being unable to move my bed and complete the move as I expected. When I contacted Shaun for help, I was looking for a professional resolution. Instead, I felt like I was left to handle the situation myself. He suggested that I go downstairs and try to **“convince” or essentially beg the third-party movers** to move my belongings after they had already said they could not complete the move because my home was apparently “not ready.” What made the situation even more unprofessional was Shaun telling me that he **“can’t hold a gun to the mover’s head” to *make them move my belongings. I did not feel safe after that comment and will be making a police report. Felt that was very racist! I found that comment completely inappropriate and unnecessary, especially when I was simply asking for assistance resolving a service I had been quoted $822 for. As a customer, I expected clear communication, professionalism, and accountability—especially when a company is outsourcing the actual moving services to third parties. Instead, I was left without a resolution and unable to have my bed moved. I also have **voice recordings of my conversations** documenting what was communicated to me and how the situation was handled. Based on my personal experience, this was a **0/5 experience** due to the poor communication, lack of resolution, and the way I was spoken to. I have recorded all the conversions and will be escalating this matter!!!

Everything went well, especially because I helped.

I used them twice. They did a great job with both of my moves. They were reasonably priced which is the start of every transaction. They were responsive to my inquiries, move changes and challenges (such as broken elevator). To top it off They proved to be reliable after the moves. The movers told me that appreciated the business. They have proud employees and were all good people.

From getting the estimate to receiving our furniture at our new home, everything went perfectly! Clem’s estimate was accurate and fair. The driver was organized, pleasant, and communicative. We could not have asked for a smoother process.
