Ted and his team have moved my family twice and I consistently recommend them to friends and clients! They are lovely to work with, fairly priced, careful with your belongings, and efficient. If there were more than five starts to give I would give them more!!

The move went really well last weekend. I had some very large wardrobes that needed to be taken apart and then put back together at the new place. The movers had their own tools and handled the furniture perfectly. I did not have to do anything except show them where the rooms were. It was a very smooth day, and nothing got broken or lost in the move.

I just moved for work and needed someone to help move my household items. I contacted them a few days before the move, and they arrived on the moving day. They were very careful with my breakable items and made sure they were set up correctly in the new bedroom. It made a stressful day much easier to handle.

After vetting 4 other moving services, I chose Direct Moving & Storage, and so glad I did! The owner, Ted personally came to my apartment where he inventoried my belongings and answered all my questions. I have made several cross-country moves as well as smaller local moves so I have a lot of experience with good and bad movers. I can honestly say that of all the movers I’ve used over the years, NONE can match the excellent experience I had with this company. My move was to upstate NY from Westchester Cty and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Ted, his son Lucas and 2 other team members expertly loaded and unloaded my belongings without any loss or damage. They also picked up and delivered same day, driving 180 miles to my location. The price quoted was well worth the top notch service and peace of mind provided. They were such a pleasure to work with on my move, and I highly recommend!

Ted and Direct Movers get the job done, in a courteous and professional manner. Just used them to move my furniture and things to a self-storage unit. They were priced competitively and didn’t waste any time. I will use them again when I find a new place. I highly recommend Direct Movers!

Ted and his crew moved our family on Feb 5. I think this is the 4th move he has done for us in the last few years. Excellent work! No complaints here. Highly efficient, working with speed and great bedside manner for him and all his guys. Very pleased, as always and would strongly recommend him to anyone to do their move. In fact i have recommended him to a couple of friends in the past and they were very satisfied. . He did the packing for us in addition to the move. This was done the day before and was great. Nothing missed, nothing broken. In this business it is very difficult to find a reputable company and their are so many out there. Ted is simply the best at what he does.
