The only mover that responded in a timely manner for a quote, and the only one that sent me their Insurance Certificate when asked - the others turned into ghosts, go figure! Crew showed up on time, were professional and friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. ***Update*** We have used this mover several times for family since our initial review. They have always done a great job and I highly recommend them.

Anthony and his team are great, they got the job done very quickly and on very short notice.. they were able to lift and not scratch or damage a 8’ aquarium up 7 floors. Without damaging or breaking the aquarium. The aquarium weighs 700lbs and did not fit through the elevator . They did it with ease and I would not hesistant to have them move all your belongings in good faith!

The crew of First Class Movers went above and beyond in our recent move. First of all, a family member was moving out of an apartment in Manhattan. That in its self is a night mare, but add COVID and it becomes even worse. The family member did not want to return to Manhattan so I contacted Anthony, company owner. He said, no problem, we do this kind of thing all the time. Her old roommate promised “help” with packing and arrangements with the building. Thankfully, FCM called ahead to verify that arrangements had been made. We were blindsided by the fact that the roommate had done nothing to prepare for the move. FCM said. No problem we’ll get it worked out. Then a blizzard enters the forecast—we said, stay safe, it can wait. FCM said, no problem and the moved my family member out of the apartment in a blizzard. FCM Facetimed my family member and went through every, stack, closet and drawer in the apartment carefully packing the belongings before transporting them back to NC. Truly above and beyond..

First class saved my life!! Our movers no-showed us yesterday and I got lucky with first class getting me 2 guys at 6:30pm to move an entire house!!! Owner is awesome and his guys Garrett and George stayed until 1am. I felt so bad, but I have no idea what we would’ve done without them and I’m so grateful! Definitely recommend!
