When we moved from NY to LA last year, the process of getting our cars moved was BRUTAL - to be 100% honest. The whole thing seemed more like getting involved with the mob and as soon as I tried to google an estimate, my phone started ringing off the hook with everyone trying to claim they were the best and not to trust anyone else and to jump to book now immediately with them. For this move back to NY, I wanted to go local and use someone I could trust and Nicole was 100% that and more! We had to ship a car from Torrance to Boca Raton Florida and another from Torrance to NYC. The costs were minimal and the stress was simply nonexistent. It was a breeze. Use this company. Great customer service! Our family has used them 7-9 times and have been very pleased each time. For this shipment, Nichole was again charged with a difficult transport for me ( FL to NJ, to a small town, in season). She stayed on top of things and rapidly found a carrier at a reasonable price. There was equipment problems with the carrier but Nichole jumped right on it and working with the transport company found another transporter that even delivered early! She ALWAYS comes through. Highly recommend Hilton Auto Transport.
