International Association of Movers - Moving Services

One of my key takeaways from the IAM - TMS program is that every successful move begins with understanding the customer, planning thoughtfully, and building trust long before moving day. The IAM program has strengthened my perspective on the industry and reinforced the importance of continuous learning, accountability, and professional excellence. I'd recommend IAM Learning to professionals who are committed to taking ownership, expanding their expertise, and creating greater value for their organisations and the wider moving industry. A special thanks to Mr. Ray DaSilva for his clear explanations and practical teaching approach. The program’s intensive assessments, presentations, and assignments challenge us to apply what we learn, build lasting professional habits, and work towards becoming unconsciously competent. Finally, a big cheer to the entire IAM team. Thank you for your continued excellence.

Super helpful in connecting providers across the globe. Also assists with training in the global market. Highly recommend to join if you are working with clients globally

We have been proud members of the International Association of Movers (IAM) since 2006, and we continue to value both the practical benefits and the strong sense of belonging it offers. The IAM Mobility Exchange (IAMX) is an outstanding resource for our industry, bringing valuable company information and connections together in one place. We also particularly appreciate the IAMTrusted program and its focus on trust, professionalism, and accountability—qualities that matter enormously when choosing partners and working across borders. IAM’s conferences are another highlight. They offer excellent opportunities to meet fellow members, exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and build new connections. That combination of business value and personal interaction makes membership especially rewarding. Above all, IAM brings people together. After twenty years of membership, we are proud to be part of this international community and wholeheartedly recommend it to moving companies looking for valuable resources, meaningful connections, and a genuine sense of belonging.

Totally useless either for moving companies or their customers. Just a logo you pay a lot of money for.

Helpful people.
