The team at Jordan River East was amazing - never felt like anything shady was going on, which is not the case with most other moving companies. Their movers are their own, not contracted out as a third party vendor, so you can trust them. Austin even came to my apartment for an assessment of my items to make sure I would be charged accurately. The team was punctual, efficient, and professional. Would highly recommend!

Jordan River is top notch! They came within the expected time window and were thorough, efficient and also very personable. I had a lot of art work and they meticulously packed it like they were packing the Mona Lisa. The move flowed like a well oiled machine. I am moving long distance and I can't tell you how easy it was to get on the "road" with them. I highly recommend them, they are a great remedy for moving stress.

I've read so many mixed reviews here, but I just wanted to let you know how incredible this service was.<br><br>Carlos and Dennis saw me having a bad morning (nothing worked out as planned on my end), and they kept reminding me that everything is fine, that they wanted this process to be as stressful-free as possible. All these boxes (134 of them) have so much value to me, and moving across de ocean to a new place it's so draining mentally and emotionally.<br><br>I just wanted to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Please give Carlos and Dennis a raise, they totally deserve it. I had used Jordan River before for my parents move and was extremely happy. When I needed to do a local move of my business I used them again and was equally as happy. I had to move my medical office in Manhattan when I changed buildings. it was a large commercial move and I was nervous about how it would affect my medical practice. I'm happy to report that the move went super smooth and perfect. The movers showed up on time. They packed everything in the office and moved all of the medical equipment and office stuff without damaging or losing anything. I could not be happier and would recommend this mover for any doctor moving their medical practice in NYC, including a large group medical practice, like mine. Thanks!
