Liberty Moves - Orlando

I hire them because they are "family owned" and had good reviews. I agreed to have a two man crew because they couldn't find a third man for the date they scheduled me on. I didn't realize that would end up costing me double in the long run. That's only the beginning. They ruined my brand new king mattress, bed frame, dryer, brand new office desk, scuffed up multiple walls in the new home the list goes on. I had been very specific when telling them I really really care about the bed and the couch because I had just bought them. What do they do? They take my brand new mattress and throw it on the dirty floor and start dragging it out of my old home. I catch them and tell them it needs to be wrapped. They tried dragging it back across the floor I told them no to pick it up. Jeffery immediately got an attitude about that. I then asked if I could wrap it multiple times because they were leaving gaps all over for the mattress to get dirty. They wouldn't let me. The mattress was then thrown out of the back of the truck at the new place onto the driveway and dragged because they didn't want to pull the ramp down again and use the dolly. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way my move went and how my belongings were treated. I'm now looking at well over $2,000 worth of damages. All they are offering is a refund of $200 which won't even cover the cost to clean the mattress let alone clean/fix the bed frame, replace the dryer, fix the desk and repair the walls. They claim to have insurance for things like this but are refusing to actually file a claim. They were trying to send some random worker over to my house to "professionally clean" my mattress when I pressed further I was told "well I know how to use a steam cleaner so it should be fine" excuse me? This is a thousand dollar bed not some random Walmart bed from a motel. So now I either have to try to get my money back through my credit card or file a claim through the court. Worst experience ever. I keep finding more and more broken stuff and just keep crying. Liberty Moves is awful.

We recently moved out of state from Central Florida after selling our home, which can be an extremely stressful process. The level of communication throughout the entire process was extraordinary and made moving one less thing to worry about, knowing we were in good hands. For anyone moving out of state, the quick delivery in a dedicated truck with only our belongings was a huge bonus. The crew picked up our things on a Saturday morning, and everything was delivered safe and sound the following Monday morning as planned. Derek was our main onsite coordinator during the move and did an excellent job ensuring everything was well organized and accounted for at both locations; providing exceptional communication and friendliness. Even after the move, Deven followed up to make sure everything met our expectations and was very receptive to feedback & any questions throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend Liberty Moves Orlando for any type of move, especially for anyone planning an out-of-state move. The communication, professionalism, care, and service were outstanding from start to finish!
