I recently had the pleasure of using McKoy Moving Services through U-Haul’s U-Box service, and I must say they truly deserve a glowing 5-star review. My move turned out to be more challenging than expected because I underestimated just how much stuff I had to pack. Despite the tight fit and the difficulty of the situation, the McKoy team handled it with absolute professionalism and efficiency. They brought the U-Box right on time, and from the moment they arrived, they were not only incredibly strong but also pleasant and courteous. They managed to fit everything in perfectly, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and seamless process. I was genuinely impressed by their speed and how carefully they handled my belongings. Overall, McKoy Moving Services went above and beyond my expectations. If you need movers who are reliable, pleasant, and can handle even the trickiest of packing situations, I highly recommend them! They turned a tough job into a breeze, and I’m truly grateful for their exceptional service.

These guys helped me with both move-out and move-in using a U-Haul UBox, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. They were patient and flexible when I ran into a last-minute packing issue, and throughout the process they were kind, friendly, and hardworking. They handled all of my belongings with great care and managed the loading and unloading smoothly—even on the tight streets of Brooklyn. Regarding the 1-star reviews: this is a smaller operation, so I wouldn’t recommend them for large-scale moves involving multiple boxes or if you need extensive communication and coordination in advance. But for a single UBox or smaller moves, they offer excellent value and reliable service.

Calm and professional. Had to make a change in the middle of the service and add another ubox, but they simply adjusted, accommodated and said it was all OK. Big help for me and my family
