Movers were nice and courteous. Showed up on time. Never should have taken 4 hours to move 10 items. *Update* -Michael called to discuss the time and was in agreement that it should not have taken that much time. He did an excellent job in Service Recovery. Mindful Movers truly want their customers satisfied and it showed in our conversation. I would definitely use them again. Sometimes its how a company corrects an issue that is just as important. They do care! Since the time was corrected, I'm changing my review to 5 stars

I needed to have some heavy items moved to an upstairs bathroom and I looked for a local single item mover and with a 5 for reviews I said OK. Well let me tell you, I would have given them a 10 if I could. From calling and scheduling to them giving you a courtesy call upon arrival to actual work they were all rock stars! These guys took such good care of the items and the house and were just the nicest folks. I had reserves about 2 guys getting the items upstairs but these guys are amazing and just didn't miss a beat. So so sooooooo happy I used these folks and you will too! Trust me!
