Miracle Movers and Miracle Maids

One of the workers showed up incredibly high and both moved slowly. We ended up unloading half of the truck ourselves. When attempting to reach the owner to resolve my complaints, I was told he would conduct an internal investigation and then he stopped responding. I do not recommend this service.

5 Stars – Highly Recommend! Navi and his Miracle Movers DMV crew were absolute pros. They loaded a packed 28ft trailer in just 3 hours straight with no breaks, no complaints, and a great attitude the entire time. Every item was handled with care, and their teamwork was efficient and smooth. If you’re looking for a reliable, strong, and professional moving team, these guys are the real deal. Thanks again, fellas. You made a tough job feel easy.

I used these guys to move into my storage unit and it all went well. When I had them move into my new home, it was a totally differently experience. After 4 hours (I had paid for 3 hours per their suggestion) I was told the owner had to leave, leaving items still in the truck and having paid them to drive the truck. This left me and my 74 year old parents with no ability to finish the unpacking. I was told to call and book other movers on the uhaul site, it was 1:00 and the truck was due back at 5:00. He said he had an appointment he had to get to. He said he would not come back after and was leaving us. He demanded the last hour of payment because he had to leave, I was trying to login to my accounts with low cell service and no internet yet and demanded my parents pay him so he could leave and didn't have time to wait. One of the last items he had unpacked was my expensive leather sofa which he tried to jam into the front door, which got scratched instead of taking the time to take it through the back french doors which I had suggested. I understand time was tight but he should have told us before so we could prepare that we were running out of time. His partner ended up staying to help, thank goodness and we had to drive him 2 hours home. If he had any compassion, understanding and communicated timing I would not be writing this review as I would have understood timing was running out. But he wasn't.

these guys are great! they were super helpful with my move!

I've used Navi and his team for a couple of moves. Each time they were punctual and very accommodating. I will certainly recommend to all of my clients in need of services.

Had an absolute awesome experience with Miracle Movers! We had another mover scheduled and they went MIA, and Miracle Movers were able to come at a two day notice. They were so helpful and professional, and unpacked our crazily packed U-Box in no time at all! Would use again!
