This is the 6th segment for which we hired Cole and a crew of 4 movers to help us pack a few things and load our 2 16 ft PODS. His team was friendly and FAST, truly hard working guys. We'd had the PODS placed in the street, on either side of the driveway facing each other for ease of loading. We designated the POD on the LEFT for longterm storage, with those boxes each labeled "LT." The POD on the RIGHT was for our "Rental," boxes (things we'd need at our apartment). Placement of PODS was intentionally left and right so crew could more easily remember which was which. We'd labeled all boxes LT or Rental. TIP: use bullet points to indicate what's in each box to avoid the dreaded, "in which box did we put that thing?" You'll have a smooth experience with Monster Movers, Cole and his team. Thanks so much!!

Had little bit of a scheduling snafu (why they lost a star), but it worked out great in the end. They really worked to get a couple guys out to me and we had some heavy furniture out of 2 shipping containers, moved and put together (a heavy wooden king bed frame) in an hour. Even with the snafu, would use them again!

Used Monster Movers on 7/13/26 to move my daughter to a new apartment in FL (was about 15 minutes from her old apartment). The movers did an excellent job. They wrapped up anything that could get damaged in the move (furniture, tv, etc.). Both movers were very friendly and super helpful. Communication up to the move date was great. Everything is able to be done online with email and text communications with confirmations prior to the move date. Each time I called, someone picked up and was happy to help with any questions. Would highly recommend them for a move.
