From my first conversation with Jacob Morris, where he took the time to explain exactly how the Morris Moving process would work, I knew that we were in good hands. His estimate, informed by my conducting a smartphone video tour of our apartment, turned out to be amazingly accurate. A few months later, a team of six consummate professionals took three days to first pack, then load, then unload our belongings smoothly, efficiently, and incredibly cheerfully. We were starting from New York City where, as luck would have it, an unexpected closure of our street presented a huge last-minute inconvenience. The head of the team (thank you, Desmond!) didn’t utter a word of complaint and found a way around the whole potential disaster without ever showing the slightest sign of stress. Then, once the van arrived at our new home, every single person on the team could not have been more patient and helpful in getting as many things as possible unpacked, assembled, positioned and sometimes repositioned. They were clearly willing to stay for as long as we needed them, even after every box was unloaded. If you want your move to be unlike any you’ve ever experienced, call Morris Movers. Fantastic experience using Morris Moving & Storage. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will use them next time I relocate. I was nervous about moving and Jaccob - an exceptionally hands-on owner - did a great job answering my questions patiently. The logistics of the move were a bit complicated and the moving team handled the requirements extraordinarily well. All three men were exceptional movers in that they were extremely experienced, had great dispositions, and demonstrated professionalism. They did a meticulous job packing the items I didn't pack and if I could do it again, I would have left more of the packing to them.
