Really disappointed, unfortunately. I’ve moved quite a few times over the years using other companies with no issue, and I went with Move It All this time because the company I’d usually work with was booked. The movers were unprofessional in their behavior throughout the moving process and took much longer than they should have due to being distracted and inefficient. It felt as though we only had one mover instead of two since one of them was talking on the phone, taking long breaks, and moving slowly instead of supporting his partner who was evidently irritated by this behavior. I called to express my concerns and was advised that this may have been a result of being overbooked and using a warehouse worker instead of a usual mover who is more experienced. This is not fair and not what I am paying for. For the inconvenience, I was given one hour taken off of the final invoice, but after the frustrating experience and paying $900+ for a 6 hour job that should’ve been only about $500 and 3 hours, I will not be using or recommending Move It All in the future

A two bedroom two bath 1280 sq. ft. condo complete move in just three hours with only two men? And we do have trouble believing that one man moved everything himself. This is a Christian company with compassion. We are sorry to hear about your bad experience. Just like your original moving company was booked, every moving company in town is overbooked the last weekend of July because children are about to go back to school and everybody that rents and leases moves at this time besides regular homes that are bought and sold. From what I understand, there was not a phone involved. The second mover was speaking through Bluetooth while he was working at some point. And we did agree to a discount. We did take $165 off your bill for your inconvenience. This is equal to 5 hours off one movers work hours. To our knowledge, we did not receive a complaint about this discount from you? And we greatly appreciate the gratuity that you to the lead man for his exceptional work. I do apologize I’m very sorry for the fact that we were shorthanded as all companies do at times. The majority of our reviews are excellent. We are sorry that your move did not go as expected. We are grateful though that everything got moved for you without damage. Thank you for your business.
