I've had my fair share of using moving companies in the past, but I had the best moving experience with the team at Muscle Movers. They moved us from State College, PA to Maryland in summer 2025, and I couldn't ask for a better moving experience! Booking them was pretty straightforward, no nonsense, they gave me an estimate, which was very reasonably priced. They showed up on time, they did the exact job they were asked to do, were extremely efficient in loading/unloading, and communicated everything so well. More importantly, they did all that in just a day. I would 100% recommend them.

Don’t book with them! I booked a move within State College and my situation changed I moved out of state. I could not get my money back from these people! 7-15 days they said. One month later no refund. Email was sent to me stating my refund had processed with the wrong amount and going through PayPal, which my payment did not do, still not in my bank two days later. Just BEWARE!<br><br>I am changing this review it took awhile but Muscle Movers made this right. There was a glitch but again they made it right and me happy. Thank you.

Good Morning. Per your request for cancellation, it was communicated that you would be charged a cancellation fee of $25, and the process could take 7-14 business days. Your payment was processed on our end in that time frame, and you were sent an email which included the date your payment was processed for return, the transaction number, and the time frame that you would receive your refund. (please feel free to include that in your review, as I am not permitted to). We greatly apologize for any inconvenience, as we have no control over the release time for your financial institution. As stated via email we have welcomed you to come in office, and we will gladly process a check or a cash payment to resolve this issue.
