EXCELLENT. PHENOMENAL. OUTSTANDING. PROFESSIONAL. CARING. KIND. RELIABLE. SUPERB. PROFICIENT.<br>NXT Move exceeded my expectations COMPLETELY. From my initial conversation with Doug, to my last words with Dustin, the service i received was phenomenal. My move seemed complicated to me because my items were being delivered to 3 separate locations. But not only was the crew PUNCTUAL, but they breezed through my move. I literally could cry at the thought of how well things went. Dustin assured me that this move was light work for him and his crew. Oscar, Enrique and Phillip were literal machines. They moved so quickly and efficiently. They were so patient, sweet and kind to my 4 year old who always found a way to get in their way no matter how much she was redirected. I was able to give the crew specific instructions for each drop off location and access codes and keys and they handled it beautifully. Nothing was lost, damaged nor mishandled. What i also found remarkable was how simple the booking process was. No surprises or hidden fees. Doug was so patient and thorough with me during our initial conversation then the initial consultation appointment. He explained everything in great detail and educated me on how the crew will manage various pieces of furniture. I never felt rushed or misunderstood. There were a few last minute changes and they handled it with no problem AT ALL. This move was the first of 2 moves for me and i will most DEFINITELY having the crew back for phase 2.

We used NXT Move for a double move, first to a storage unit, then weeks later to move the contents of our house from storage to a new home across the state. All our items were packed carefully, furniture wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped. Both moves were completed smoothly and efficiently.<br>Dustin and all team members were punctual, friendly and professional both times.<br>Doug explained the process throughly, was excellent at communicating. The pricing for our moves was very reasonable and the price we were quoted was the price we paid...no hidden fees!<br>Everything went seamlessly with our moves, and we would highly recommend their services.<br>Thank you Doug and the entire team for a great experience!
