We had Tyriq, Larezz, Jason, and Camden come move our whole house on a super hot June day. They were all very kind and careful while moving all our boxes and furniture. They never complained and did incredible work to help set up our new home! We are so grateful for them making our moving day easier!!

On the Move Moving saved the day! I had been stood up by another moving company that took 1000 deposit and then didn't show up.<br><br>When I called On the Move, Kodi was able to schedule a truck for the next morning and her friendly and professional demeanor over the phone was the reason the storage unit owner agreed to rearrange their schedule and give me extra time to pick up everything. Right away this company came across as more trustworthy.<br><br>It was a few rooms worth of big furniture pieces and my deposit was only $150, with the entire 30 mile local Northeast GA move only about a fourth of the total the other company had wanted. The other company was out of Florida, but On the Move Moving is a local, family owned business in Gainesville, GA.<br><br>They sent two wonderful, professional, friendly movers, Tyriq and Jason. I was contacted to let me know the truck was on its way, they texted me an accurate time, showed up in a truck with plenty of room, lots of moving blankets, and within an hour they had wrapped and loaded everything, even putting my matress in a large plastic cover so it would stay clean during the move.<br><br>At the pickup and after delivery there were papers to sign and confirm everything, there were no surprises, and I had a choice of how to pay using cash or card (Unlike the place that scammed me that insisted on bank drafts or zelle for the deposit and only cash or money order on delivery).<br><br>Everything about the scheduling, the pickup and delivery, and payment were professional and legitimate. A real person answers the phone (no AI customer service) the emails are checked on a regular basis, and they communicate clearly and transparently through the whole process.<br><br>I'm a disabled vet in my 50's that couldn't have moved any of these items myself. The first moving company I tried to book with took advantage of me,, but On the Move Moving was able to salvage the situation and I ended up spending less money than I would have even if the other company had shown up on time. On the Move inspired trust right away.<br><br>Thanks again to Tyriq and Jason for being so kind and professional with the packing and moving. Everything was carefully unpacked, placed and arranged in record time. You helped make my house feel like a home.
