Terrible. The movers were hours late because the truck wasn't working. Then they tried to bamboozle me for higher than the contract price. Moreover, they bent cables, switched beds, scratched walls, and left my bathroom a mess. Even more deceiving was at the time of service they have 4.9 stars, and now it is 4.2 stars. I wonder what they did to bring it up.

Had a great experience with Optima Moving on my local move in Reisterstown, MD. These guys were friendly, fast, and very respectful of my home! Everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend!!!

I used Optima Moving for my apartment move from Towson to Ellicott City, Maryland and they were fantastic from start to finish. The crew showed up right on time, wrapped every piece of furniture, and checked in with me before moving anything fragile. What really impressed me was how quickly they worked while still being careful with my stuff, no scratches on the walls or floors. Moving is usually stressful, but they kept everything organized and calm, and the final price matched the estimate. I would absolutely use Optima Moving again for any move in Maryland.

Punctuality, speed, and quality. The guys were great! I used a lot of movers before, but nothing compares to these guys. The speed and the quality of the move are on another level. Thanks again! Would highly recommend!

I have been trying to get ahold of them since last Friday. I hired them to move me across town last Thursday. They lost some of the hardware to my bed and broke a TV , but I didn’t discover either of these until after they left. The TV was leaned against the wall behind several items. I called them Friday and was told they would call me back after speaking to the team that moved me. I’ve heard nothing and when I tried to call the direct number I was given I get the “this number is no longer in service” message. When I try to call the corporate number, every option dumps into the same mailbox. I did leave a message and have yet to receive a call back.
