I cannot recommend Relocrate enough! Using their bins for our move made the entire process so much easier, more organized, and far less stressful than dealing with endless cardboard boxes.<br><br>Xavier was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was responsive, professional, flexible, and made the whole rental process incredibly simple. The bins were clean, sturdy, and easy to stack, which saved us a ton of time packing and unpacking.<br><br>If you’re planning a move, do yourself a favor and skip the cardboard boxes. Relocrate was one of the best decisions we made during our move, and the customer service from Xavier was exceptional. Highly recommend!

He was flexible and understanding when I had to cancel an order he’d already delivered, only to reschedule it with him a month later! Also helpful that he scheduled the delivery and pickup windows via Google Calendar, and touched base with me via text. Made my move so much easier using crates delivered to me - no trips to UHaul to pickup cardboard boxes - it’s green and cheaper too!!

This is our third time using Relocrate in the past 10 or so years and we love their service. Using the Relocrate boxes instead of cardboard is not only more environmentally friendly but make for a much more organized move. You no longer have to worry about which boxes to stack on bottom versus the top. The team is also very flexible with changing dates if needed and overall super easy to work with.
