NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! they are unprofessional and a waste of time. Completely rude for making me wait 2 weeks for my car that was suppose to be picked up but never did and rarely sent updates. I’m telling you go with another company.

Carlos, our driver was great. He stayed in communication with us during the entire transport. Kristian was awesome as well and very patient as we were still making our decisions on transporting our vehicle from VA to FL. Thank you Road Runner Crews!

Me and my husband had a terrible experience with this company. The communication on there end was horrible I have 3 cars I needed moved and I gave this place a call and they told me over the phone they could have someone come and pick up my 3 vehicles on Wednesday and when Wednesday came no one called to let us know they would no longer be coming Wednesday come Thursday we had to call them and they said someone would be here between 9 am and 9 pm we waited all day no one ever came or called to update us on the status also no one answers the phone after 5 pm come Friday we call them once again to ask what the situation is and get told they don’t have anyone to come pick up the vehicles mind you I put down 1,000 deposit which would be perfectly fine if there was any kind of professionalism. So now my house is completely packed up and I can’t move on time the way I need to because of this inconvenience I found this very unprofessional

Awful company, horrible experience. I've never written a one star review for a company before, I don't like to be that person but wow our experience with RoadRunner was absolutely awful. They made our move so much more stressful than it needed to be. We recommend booking with Goliath Auto Transport instead. We moved cross country and wanted to ship my car. I booked with RoadRunner and set the pickup date more than a month in advance. Pickup date came and still, no driver had been assigned to my order. Three days after the pickup date they finally assign a driver to my order. Then I learn that the driver lied and cancelled my order because I "didn't answer his phone calls" (untrue - I did not receive a single phone call from him). So then I was put back at square one - no driver to transport my car. It is now 10 days after my pickup date and still, no driver. I've called customer support dozens of times and keep getting the same response: they don't know when or who will pickup my order but they'll keep trying. No reimbursement for the rental car I had to get, no apology, nothing. They couldn't care less about you or getting your car to you in a timely manner. For all we know, my car could have sat there for years with no pickup in sight. Turns out that RoadRunner (and many other auto transport companies) underquote you to reel you in and then leave you hanging when no drivers want to pick up your car. When they do find a driver, they expect you to pay much more than you were initially quoted to get the job done. If you don't want to pay that, you're left waiting and waiting for nothing. Complete scam. I did some research and ended up booking with a different company: Goliath Auto Transport. Goliath assigned a driver to me today within ONE HOUR! Not 10 days after my pickup date - one hour on the pickup date. Easy. Please book with them instead of RoadRunner. It will save you the headache!

Hard to reach. Pickup didn’t happen when expected. Inconvenienced. Price changed. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Online real-time quote was $2,850. Agent called me and bumped it $1,000. If you can't provide honest and accurate online quotes then just don't offer them at all.
