​I am well overdue in writing this review, but I felt it was absolutely necessary to share my experience. I used these movers over a year ago to move from my old apartment to my current one, and looking back, they made what is usually a highly stressful day completely seamless. ​A few things that really stood out: ​Professional & Careful: The team arrived right on time and handled all of my furniture, packed boxes, and fragile items with the utmost care. Not a single scratch on any walls or items. ​Efficient & Hardworking: They didn't waste any time. They had a great system down, loaded the truck quickly, and unloaded everything exactly where I wanted it at the new place. ​Transparent Pricing: The final cost perfectly matched the estimate I was given. No hidden fees or unexpected "surprises" at the end of the day. ​Even after a full year of living in my apartment and settling in, I still tell people how great this moving experience was. If you want a moving crew that is reliable, professional, and excellent at what they do, look no further. I would absolutely use them again!

Serenity Movers are the best moving company I’ve ever hired. They’ve done two moves for me to date. One was cross country from LA to NYC and the second one was a few years later moving within NYC. Their customer service is impeccable. They really take care of your things as if it’s theirs. The movers are very nice and take the quality of work very seriously. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Also their prices are very reasonable. If you’re looking for a mover just end your search here and hire them ASAP.

Maxwell and the Serenity team are simply the best! I’ve used their services 5 times over the years and referred them to friends and family, who have also become happy customers. From Maxwell’s friendly demeanor and clear communication, to the punctuality, swiftness and care of the movers, I am truly grateful to have Serenity be there to make moving a breeze.

We had a great experience with Serenity movers. Our family moved out of our condo in the city to a larger suburban home. We had furniture at home and in our storage as well. We wanted to get full service movers to pack, unpack and assemble our furniture. Serenity Movers made the otherwise stressful process a lot easier and communicated with us all along the way. On the day of the move, they showed up on time and were able to complete all of the work within the day. I would highly recommend this moving company.

I am so grateful for Serenity Movers. I have moved multiple times with them and they have always gone above and beyond for what I would expect from a moving company. Respectful & supportive. There is continuity in the office so I know who I am speaking with, Hi Max, and they move the information from any conversation through to who needs the information to be able to act upon it. Even when there was uncertainty in what could be done (example: I moved with them back on the first day of the NYC "lock down" in 2020 and they were not sure if they would be able to cross the bridges to get to me. I knew ever step along the way what was happening and we could troubleshoot and build contingency), I knew they would have my back and get the job done.

Very impressed. Before, during and after, the communication between me and the company was excellent. I was promised a 5 star service and got 6 stars.. The 3 friendly movers showed up at the time they said they would, provided excellent, swift service and constantly asked if there is anything that we needed assistance with. The move out of the old apt and into the new apt was FLAWLESS and not one item was damaged.
