Veteran Movers NYC

10/10. I have used these guys twice now. Once for a small apartment move, out of NYC to the suburbs in 2016 and now from a large house on Long Island to another large house on Long Island. I always recommend them to anyone looking to move. We used other movers twice in between because I didn't realize that they would operate outside of the city. There is no comparison. They take such good care of your stuff. By the time we moved, I was exhausted and stressed. They came in and tied up all the loose ends for me and and made sure everything got onto the truck. They also put my furniture back together better than it ever has been. One of our headboards has been super squeaky since we purchased it second hand. I even had a handyman come to see it there was something they could tighten. It doesn't squeak anymore. I'm not sure what magic this is. We also had a hard time getting all of the furniture in the new house and they had some really good ideas about how to organize the space. Next time I am paying for the packing services because I am confident it would be 100% stress free, which is something I didn't think was possible with a move. These are the guys you want.

This is our 3rd time using Veteran movers over a 5 year period and every part of using Veteran Movers was an extremely positive one. From scheduling this last move to the actual move, everyone on these teams are rockstars. Live tracking, open communication, fair pricing - every step of the way was above and beyond. We had Mitchell and his team do the actual move and his work ethic and attitude is absoutely execptional. He and his team took away the stress of moving and did it so efficently and with care. Very fast friendly service. Came right on time, moved everything with no fuss. There are few little tricky spots and they handled them with ease and aplomb. They weren't the cheapest moving service (nor the priciest), but it was definitely worth it to go with them.

I hired Veterans Movers for a full service move from Brooklyn to Staten Island for my sister, and I am very happy with the service provided. First, Clay reviewed the items to move with my sister, quoted a price and followed up with me. Once we confirmed the move, Gina stayed in touch, ensuring the move proceeded without any issues. The movers that came to pack and move my sister were courteous, considerate, fast and careful. Not a single item was damaged. While the cost was higher than the other estimates I received, I felt this company did an excellent job. I definitely recommend them.
