I would not use this company even if I'm insured for 100% of the value of the items. They have failed to deliver on the settlement. I never received my check. I could take you to court but sadly the settlement value is less than 5% of the damages.

The senior Relocation Manager confidently responded to my inquiry about a reputable moving service and made a considerable effort to ensure I booked my move through their company. While the price and service initially seemed attractive, my experience revealed otherwise. During the pickup, only one person showed up to pack and load the truck. Although the mover did a commendable job, it took him over six hours to pack and load everything, even with my assistance in bringing totes and furniture to the truck. This was in May2025. The initial estimate was off, and my total cost increased by over a thousand dollars once the footage was calculated. This can happen, I suppose but it's discouraging. For delivery, the first floor is free, but the fine print states that around eight steps are included without extra charge; anything beyond that incurs additional costs. I have 14 and paid extra to have everything moved upstairs. Additionally, I had an item missing that was left in storage. After speaking with dispatch several times, the item was located and was supposed to be shipped to me. However, after considering the shipping price, they changed it so that the driver would bring the item to me when they were in my area. Unfortunately, this was in August 2025 and the item has not arrived. Despite the advertisement of excellent service, several items were damaged or scuffed during the move, showing scratches likely from being tightly packed or mishandled. There were clear lines on many surfaces from improper handling, and a hole was put in the wall when furniture was brought upstairs. The minimal insurance doesn’t cover the damages, and after submitting my claim in August 2025, I received no follow-up despite multiple requests for a status update. This move was not a complete nightmare, but it was very inconvenient due to the additional price, service issues, and several missing/ damaged items. I paid 3950.00 for 750 cu.ft move from SC to TX. It's March 2026 and I have had no update for the missing item or moving claim. I don't recommend their services for anyone seeking an easy move.

Stay away from this company! They are crooks. I’ve been waiting over 10days that was the max I was quoted to wait for my refund of over 2k (I have the email from them stating this) and nothing has happen. They do not take calls or will not transfer you to accounting department. It seems like the only way to make anything happen may have to be getting lawyers involved. I’m shocked a business like this actually can run and stay in business! I have followed the procedure and the time frame stated in the email in the photo attached... Update it has been over 3 months and still have not received my $2,000 refund from this fraud of a company! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY or a front of a company Update it’s been almost a year and no refund this is a fraudulent company !!!

Terrible experience with move from Florida to Arizona. Took 3 months to arrive. We assured We Care For You was not a broker but some other company, with no visible name actually delivered. Single driver unloaded in a rush, talking on his phone the whole time. Dumped boxes and left before I had time to check or even get a copy of receipt. 2 of my boxes were missing along with a hand truck, although I did get 2 of someone else's boxes. Cannot contact the Tucson dispatcher, no answer there. No answer at the main office. Have left email and voice messages to no avail. Do NOT use this company.

BEWARE! *They pay for positive reviews*! Absolutely the worst moving experience. I was insulted, yelled at, threatened and hung up on multiple times by multiple staff members. I was told by one of the managers that if I posted any negative reviews that they would blast my name over social media. My stuff arrived damaged and almost a month late and they subcontracted out my move after explicitly stating that went against their policy. I was only informed of the subcontractor because I had to Zelle an entirely different company on arrival. They quote you one price and then up-charge after they have moved your things onto the truck. Even though I had less items than I was quoted for, they up-charged me $1000. They intentionally stack things in a way to take up more space and charge you more money. They also !LOST! one of my items, and couldn't find it until a week later and then it took 2 weeks to get delivered. They will only allow you to pay for the service in cash, so that you have no recourse for their terrible service. P
