She made everything a breeze and reassured us every step of the way.<br>Ken and his guys arrived on time, were incredibly respectful, and so diligent about treating our belongings with care. I am not kidding when I say that wrapped up everything and somehow managed not to scuff the walls or doorframes.<br>When they made it to the house they unloaded quickly, checking where each piece needed to go, reassembled all the furniture, and cleaned up after themselves. NO hidden fees. No surprise charges. And now, over a week later, we still haven't noticed anything amiss. I can honestly say I WILL be recommending Magic Movers to everyone I know in the future. “We had a great experience with Eddy's. They packed us and moved from our condo to our new home. They moved quickly, packing us in 1 day and moving us in 1 day, which was fantastic. Nothing was broken, and we had nothing more than some minor scrapes here and there, which was impressive as we had some large furniture items and some tight corners to navigate. The movers were friendly, worked hard, and were very professional. Eddy worked personally with the concierge in our building to make sure everything was squared away, which removed a big stress from my shoulders.<br><br>Only slight negative was that the work ended up taking a bit longer than originally quoted (cost was about 25% more than quoted because packing and moving took longer than expected), but for the result, it was well worth it.”

“They were careful with our stuff and did accommodate short notice but the pricing was not very clear up front, lots of surprise fees that weren’t really discussed prior. Also were several hours late without much communication from owner. Owner charged for larger truck even though we agreed it wasn’t necessary. Also charged me for time to fill up their tank which was not value added time. The movers themselves were very nice and professional guys and did a good job overall and were willing to work until the job was done.”
