They were on time, and he made sure people followed directions to a T and were efficient and careful. I cannot say enough about his problem solving skills and willingness to go the extra mile. Any time it appeared something was too big, couldn't fit around a windy staircase, etc, he made miracles happen. So professional, conscientious and effective. His energy never flagged and he led by example. He was also terrific at communication and left nothing undone. I'll ask for him by name anytime we move.”

“We used Seven Moving for a move from Southie to Quincy after receiving a very reasonable quote compared to other companies and seeing the good reviews. The team was quick (just under 4 hours including the drive between the two apartments), efficient, and did a great job of handling our items carefully to make sure they made the trip safely. They even set up a ramp from our front door to their truck to cut down on the time each trip took. Ken was very communicative in planning the move. Would definitely recommend!!”

We also used Viking Moving to pack our home, and not a single item was broken when we unpacked it at our new location. All our glassware and other delicate items were in perfect condition. My things were wrapped with blankets and handled with care. What a relief!! Ken made sure all my items were placed where I wanted them, and went over-and-above by reassembling my table and setting up my tv. There was not a cubic inch of airspace left when they closed the door. Not a single scratch, crack, or hint of damage on anything. Moving us in they made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. Instrumental in reassembly of beds, sectional sofa, etc. Very fair price for a two day move with special equipment needed. I hope I never move again. If I had to It would be TLC for the job.”

“This was our first time working with movers and if we had to move again we would certainly use Mass Moving! They were the clearest, most reliable communicators of any company we contacted. They used our specific information, asked questions that would help them that we hadn't thought of, and gave a precise and fair quote from the get-go. About 12 hours before moving one of us had a surprise appendectomy and we had to change who was coordinating with Mass Moving. They adjusted kindly and immediately and stayed in touch with the other person throughout the move. On the day of moving, they were efficient and careful throughout the day. The movers moved a very unwieldy couch out through a window and hoisted it over a balcony at the new address. They completed the move in less time than predicted and absolutely nothing was dinged or broken. We really cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Piece by Piece did a terrific job of moving items from Brookline to 2 Cape Cod homes (everything had to go into the basement) and then 2 days later they handled my clean out. They packed furniture for donation and took care of the "junk;" The elevator in my building went out in the middle of the move! Not only did they complete it, but they had to deal with building residents who were trying to use the second elevator. And it all came in at a little less than i expected. They were great.”

“Fabio and his company have helped us move house twice in the last ten years. They are just consummate professionals. So when we decided to redecorate our home last weekend, we of course called Fabio again. He and Bruno, his crew, showed up on time, did an amazing job moving our furnitures upstairs, downstairs, navigating some tight corners, and handling extremely heavy solid oak bookcases. Somehow, they just made everything work. Having figured out how OCD I am, Fabio was so patient and careful in positioning the furnitures and rugs so they are perfectly aligned to my delight. We could not have asked for a better moving process or final outcome. I love that they are a family business that really cares about their work and customer experience. Worth every penny. “We had Jackson, Oralberk, and Magzhan help us load our moving truck for our move from Boston to Chicago, and I seriously can't recommend them enough. From the start, Jackson did a great job preparing us for moving day by telling us exactly what we should buy ahead of time (straps, moving supplies, etc.), which made the whole process so much easier. The crew showed up right on time and was very candid about the amount of stuff we had and the possibility that it might not all fit in our truck. They were honest about it, but also said they would do everything they could to make it work. They got everything out of our apartment and into the loading dock incredibly fast, but what impressed me the most was how carefully they packed the truck. Once they found out we had a 15-hour drive ahead of us, they made sure everything was packed as tightly and securely as possible. They clearly took a lot of pride in what they were doing. After our drive to Chicago, we opened the truck and not a single thing had shifted. Everything was exactly where they packed it. I honestly don't think we could have asked for a better experience. I would hire Jackson, Oralberk, and Magzhan again in a heartbeat. The only downside is that we moved out of state, so I won't have them for any future moves. If you get this crew, consider yourself lucky!”
