“I was very pleased with the service provided by MJ and Hassan. Mine wasn't a typical move. I was moving furniture around my house in order to refinish the floors. MJ and Hassan were very collaborative as we tried to figure out where everything should go, where it would fit, etc. We also had a couple of big, antique pieces of furniture which I was nervous about moving but they were super careful with them. Beyond that, the job was easy to book and MJ was very communicative. I highly recommend MassMoving!”

“These guys did a great job for us, and I highly recommend them. They helped us unload a truck into a third floor apartment after a long-distance move, during a heat wave. They arrived within the expected time window, and moved everything quickly and with no noticeable damage. Henrique was very accommodating with our reservation. At some point after initially making our reservation, we realized that our move would require more work than we initially anticipated. Due to other commitments, they couldn't provide extra time, but they did send extra help, so they could complete the job quickly.”

“Our personal effects were shipped from Europe to the USA by sea. Isaac’s was the nominated moving company in the USA by the movers in Europe to receive the shipment and deliver it to our home. From the time the shipment left Europe, Ms. Zurina, the move coordinator from Isaac’s, was in touch with me by email and phone, keeping me closely updated on the shipment's status. Once it arrived in the US, it was cleared by Isaac’s, and in consultation with me, Ms. Zurina arranged the delivery to the storage facility as per my request. The delivery was on time, and the boxes were unloaded and carefully stacked in the storage unit. All in all, it was a nice experience dealing with Isaac’s. Keep up the good work!”

“This was my first more premium moving experience and I'm honestly blown away! Had no idea what I was missing. Punctual. Predictable. Efficient. Professional. Hard workers. I don't think I heard a single complaint about the heavier items or the fact that the place was a mess. They had good systems in place for reminders and updates. Every single mover we interacted felt like good people. Shaq, Mick, James and the rest of the crew. Seriously is night and day compared to my many previous moves where I'm pretty much uncomfortable the whole time. 10 out of 10 experience all around. Pro tip: We had a couple movers come the day prior to "move day" to help us pack and if your budget or circumstances allow just go for it. On one hand it helped us procrastinate leading up to the move but we felt really really good about doing so. The least stressful move week I've ever had.”

There is a 3h minimum charge, but in my opinion it was worth every penny given how efficient they were. Marcos and David were super professional, nice, and took a lot of care moving my furniture (esp. bed) and wall art. Highly recommend!”

“My mother and I have used White House Movers now 4 or 5 times in the last 8 years. They moved us from Gloucester to Wakefield, then Wakefield to Wakefield, and then have helped 2x with shipping furniture and boxes cross-country to my sister. We'd previously used other moving companies and self-service moving pods, but we've only used White House since 2017. The team is always so kind and professional. We've never had any issues with damaged items or late delivery. It's been about 5 years since they last helped us move, and yet when they came last week to pickup for another cross-country delivery, they remembered us and asked how we liked our latest apartment! They arrived right at 8:30 as planned and were ready to go as soon as I finished signing all the required paperwork. I consider the price more than fair considering I didn't have to lift a finger beyond signing, paying and making sure my sister is available to accept the delivery.”

“Ours was an all furniture move. I was given Intelligent’s contact by another moving company who couldn’t do my move as they were booked out on the day I requested. Called Intelligent’s office and spoke to Mike who asked for itemized details of the furniture which his boss calculated and arrived at a range of the estimated cost. I wouldn’t say they are the cheapest but it was a fair price and they were able to accommodate my date, luckily. Eric, Brad and Kirill arrived at the appointed time; they did an excellent job in protecting all my furniture, then loading and packing them well into their truck and unloading them into our storage unit.
