“Horrible. I imagine if things go fine with your move this is not an issue but if something goes wrong you as the customer will fully be left to blame. Recently had a cross country move. I could not be in the state as I had already moved. I went with Mesa because they appeared to have a full service process which I needed. Had their guy come out to our home to give us an estimate. Went very clearly from item to item to determine what would be moved and what would stay. I was moving the entire home so nothing was to be left other than major appliances. I signed documents and estimates. I asked about removing a couch off the estimate which dropped my price $300. I could not be there for the move so I had my real estate agent who was busy at the time sign them in and out of the house. The paperwork I was given said the movers would do a walk-through to identify everything was picked up. They did not do a full walk through and my real estate agent unknowingly signed their paper. Well, they left all the furniture in my master walk in closet. A giant 24 gun safe, a large dresser, and 2 end tables. Impossible to miss if they would just walk in there. The guys delivered and we realized the mistake. I was super cool about it. Still tipped them $150 figuring they could get it to me on their next truck this way. Very frustrating but I understood mistakes happen. Well, I was informed days later there is nothing they will do for me. Kept insisting that my real estate agent had signed their paper so it was 100% my responsibility. I asked if they would take even a small portion of the responsibility since I thought by signing their moving list with exact furniture items that meant they would move it and they said absolutely not. Multiple emails and phone calls. Got nowhere. The real kicker was that not only would they not get my items or give me any reimbursement for the loss but that they would not be refunding my payment even for the move of these items which had a weight of 900 lb. I don't even know how this is not theft. I was irate so they offered $100 as a "courtesy" clearly stating no responsibility like they were making a kind exception for me. I'm in business and make mistakes and never in a million years would treat a customer this way. Incredibly sleazy. Lots of good reviews on them but when there is a problem, you get to see management's true character.”

“I would highly suggest not using. He delivered a high end mattress that we paid for soaking wet. Spent a day trying to dry it for it to be completely ruined and unusable. Had to then pay different people to come remove the mattresses he damaged out of neglect. He misrepresented himself, lied on multiple occasions and literally robbed an estate sale of my grandfather. He was given many items for FREE that I paid for from his estate solely because his partner and him scammed the estate. To scam, steal and damage products from a loved one who passed. He costs me over 2k in damages. Then had the nerve to attempt to have the trust pay for it. Mind you for information he drove expensive mattresses across the country in a pick up truck with holes in mattress bags while it rained for 12 hours. Then had the nerve to tell me an almost complexly foam mattress would be fine and he should still be paid his invoice for the service…the service of getting them there regardless of the item being completely trashed. White glove service was the exact same amount door to door completely set up. We went with him because he was attached to the estate sale and was ensured it would be the same service. Lastly he wanted $1500 for this service.”

“Just had a great experience with Fat and Skinny Movers. Kostya and Artem were incredibly helpful, quick, and kind! They wrapped all of our furniture up for us and transported everything. We had some miscellaneous things packed up that they were able to carry away easily. We also had a lot of furniture that wasn’t coming to the new house (our roommate’s things) and they took note of it, and nothing was mixed up. We also asked them last minute for furniture removal and they communicated quickly with their office and were able to do it. We would definitely recommend them and Kostya and Artem were great.”

Down sizing from 3400sf to 900sf and needed to get everything into a 16fr pod. EJ and Devon really know how to play Tetris. They got everything I needed into that pod. they were on time and very professional, very polite and very accommodating. I have moved a lot being military, and they were top-notch highly recommend. “Joey and Zack were totally amazing and very professional with moving my personal belongings this morning. They were youngsters with a strong work ethic! These guys deserve positive recognition for their attention to detail. With that being said and the reason I gave a 5 🌟 rating, was because of Joey and Zack but I give the company a rating of 4 🌟 because of one huge issue. It's unfair that they charge from the time they leave their warehouse to the time they get back to the warehouse and everything in between. I totally understand the 2 hr min and the rate but I shouldn't have been charged for the 30 min it takes to get to my place and the 30 min back to their warehouse. I won't use their service in the future and unless they change that huge negative, I would hope that no one else uses them. Thank you.”
