“I've moved with Gate City at least three times now and I've always been happy. They work quickly, but my belongings are treated with care and I've never had anything damaged or broken. During this most recent move I mentioned that my first maintenance call at my new place would be to have the stacked laundry machines pushed back because the door wouldn't close; Diego just looked at the machines and took care of it for me then and there. When they took apart my bed, Matthew and Robert saw that one of the wooden slats was cracked and almost broken; at the new place, the first thing they did was fix the slat with wood glue, then put my bed back together after it was repaired. No extra charge, I didn't even have to ask; they just really take care of you. An old-school family business in the BEST way.”

“Alpine Hot Tub Moving and Service moved my hot tub from Boulder to my home in Aurora. They did a great job. They came as promised, and the pick up and delivery went very smoothly. The three gentlemen who delivered my hot tub were kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They explained everything to me in the way I could understand, and answered all of my questions. They acted like I was their only customer, never seeming to be in any hurry.<br><br>We upgraded our electricity from 110 to 220 for a dedicated electrical circuit for the hot tub. We thought we had every little wire where it needed to be. Not so. I scheduled a service call with Paul as my hot tub wouldn't turn on. We made the appointment and I explained about the upgrade. He said that he would look at the wiring we had done, and if he could help correct the wiring over the phone, there would be no need for a service call.<br><br>Paul spent hours all said and done, looking at photos I sent him of all the wiring, and on the phone with us. He was so patient, taking time to explain where each wire should be going that was not in the right place. He was so fantastic! I'm not sure how many phone calls he took and how many questions he answered, but he explained everything that was needed and now my hot tub works great! I was able to cancel my service call appointment with him. He could have just booked the appointment, come out, charged the fee, then told me that it was not a tub issue, but a wiring issue.<br><br>Every time I called I got someone to answer the phone, and it was usually Paul himself. If Tiffany answered the phone, she was always very kind. If I had to leave a message, I got called the same day. And I was always treated as if I was their only customer.<br><br>I am so grateful for all of Paul's help. Having my hot tub makes it so I can walk with as little pain as possible. If you have a hot tub, want a hot tub, are planning on getting a hot tub, have any questions about owning a hot tub, Alpine Hot Tub Moving and Service is THE company to use. “Gate City<br><br>Gate City is a family business in all the best ways.<br>Matt , Terri , Calvin and their crew are professional, courteous and thoughtful. They navigate with an amazing team effort that comprehensively handles the logistics of a complex move.<br>Gate City is my only choice and has been for decades.<br>Gate City was there when I moved out of my first restaurant probably 50 years ago. Five years later, they moved me into my second restaurant, Highlands Garden Café.<br>They moved my mom from her home on 7th avenue to join Chuck and I in our home on West 32nd .<br>Forty years later , when we sold our real estate on West 32nd ,they moved us again!<br>This move is a great example of the service they provide.<br>We had a restaurant full of equiptment. Chuck’s has a fully staffed office on the second floor of the café .Our home was adjacent to the café, a two story residence and garage. Then there my 96 year old my mother’s small house across the alley as well as another small house we used for storge and a storge unit.<br>The equipment from the café went to 4 storage units out on 1/70 near Aurora.<br>Chucks office went to Highlands Garden Village on West 38th.<br>They moved my mother , Chuck and I and our three dogs to an apartment with a garage and a storage unit.<br>Every element of this move was delivered on time and on budget.<br>In 2014, we purchased our new home. Gate City helped us collect all of our stuff from the various locations we had stored it in and brought it here .<br>Just this year, we finally renovated our home but to do so, we had to move everything out of the first floor . It was Gate City to the rescue again!<br>But this is the important part. When they moved us back in, there were members of the crew that had moved us out of 32nd in 2013.<br>In addition to their usual exemplary service two things about this move stand out.<br>Matt offered to hang a large piece of stained glass that had hung in a stairway on 32nd .When Matt and his crew had moved us from W 32 nd in 2013,, they taken it down , packed it in a wooden case custom built for it by his brother Joe Monley.<br>Here we now are in 2021, At first, it was unclear how to hang it . Then Matt said “ask Robert. He was on the move from 32nd” (2013 ),<br>This Gate City crew had carefully packed and transported this piece of glass Moved it twice and when it finally came time to hang it permanently, one of the crew who had been there remembered the hardware was in the case Found it and the glass hangs in our home today.<br>Another story was from this same move: We have a huge bookcase that had sat on top of a 3’6’ base. We decided to install the two pieces separately When Gate City brought the pieces in, it became clear that the doors of the bookcase would not open when seated directly on the floor So , the crew put their heads together .Made shims from lumber we had in the garage and slipped them under the doors. The bookcase now is perfect.<br>Last and not least: We have an extensive collection of family paintings. Matt and Calvin came back to help us hang all the pictures. Their work is gallery quality . Not only is the placement perfect but they helped me to arrange which pictures to hang together. Just an incredible experience !<br>I hope these stories serve to illustrate how, a company that provides this level of service to their customers and their staff , stands out and maintains relationships over time .<br>There are so many more stories that I could tell but I hope the point is clear<br>Gate City is an exceptional , one of a kind organization and as such is an asset to the community.<br>I am so grateful for the times Gate City has come to my rescue !”

“I moved to Denver in 2018 and didn't have a place to store my things. I found 2020 storage. THE BEST STORAGE EVER. The neighborhood is safe and the storage tenants are nice, at least the ones I've ran into. The staff, especially Todd, has been wonderful. He reminds me when my payment is due, and he makes it for me, mainly because I'm lazy and don't have time to go onto the website to do it... When I first rented my unit was to small and he was kind enough to give me a larger one at floor level. I don't have to worry about rodents, thefts or anything else that most people worry about when renting a storage unit. My agreement is only from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but I can call them and let them know I need to access the unit after hours and it's done. 2020 is the best and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR STORAGE NEEDS...”

“This was our first move in a long time and we had plenty of junk. The crew at Galt did an excellent job planning the move from the initial quote to executing on move day. Things I was surprised about was their detail around the walkthrough and any concerns I had. Identifying the items to be moved and dealing with some real ridiculous weather conditions. I've heard many stories about damage to items and the houses but Galt did a great job preserving not only our possessions but also the houses walls and doors. So outside all of those details the guys just worked extremely hard and got our move done in less than 4 hours.
