The most important thing to know first is the accuracy and efficiency of the no cost estimation. All I needed to do was send a basic video from my phone. No appointment nor coordination required which I so much appreciate with my busy schedule. The results: our no cost estimate was accurate; the project was on budget and finished even a little ahead of schedule. So already without added costs I was pleased.
Even more astonishing was the care and motivation of the movers. I seldom saw them on their phones and when they were it was business related. When I offered them lunch they actually declined saying that a full stomech would slow them down. They really cared about me and my move!
They were careful at every step of the process. The only damage we saw to a single piece (of many pieces) of furniture was offered a full repair promptly and with ease. Haven’t taken them up on it yet but we might - they don’t rush us on it.
At the end they offered a truck inspection to be sure that everything was emptied. This actually has a pyschological benefit that they hadn’t explained. By going through the truck I proved again and again already that missing items are due to my own disorganization in packing. And sure enough looking hard I have found it all. Nothing is missing.

I got in touch with Luna at the office and she asked questions to estimate the cost of my move. Pricing was great compared to others. I had to change my date and they were very understanding and worked with me on rescheduling. On the day of move 3 workers came with their truck. They were early and started packing immediately. 30 minutes in we realized I have completely underestimated how much stuff I have and my husband decided last minute to move most furnitures with us. “We recently sold our house and moved into an apartment. You can image the level of stress associated with both of these activities. Happily, using MoveCo and their clean-out service, CleanCo, removed much of the stress.
When we first decided to sell our home, we needed to remove old furniture and unwanted items from our house and garage. Upon the recommendation of a friend who had used CleanCo 2 years ago, I called CleanCo and spoke to Bob. He came to our house gave us a fair estimate for the removal, and two days later, his team came in and removed all of our unwanted items. The team arrived on time and quickly and efficiently went to work. Some of the items were large (e.g., treadmill in basement) and had to be dis-assembled before going out, but that was no problem for the team. We were very impressed with how the team worked, and we were grateful that everything was taken away with no problem. They even took a few items that we did not initially identify.
Since we needed a moving company for our move, we mentioned it to Bob, he provided us with an estimate since, unbeknown to us at the time, MoveCo provided that service. So, when it came to choosing a moving company, we looked no further because I knew we would be happy with MoveCo based on our experience with CleanCo. Again, Bob assessed what we were going to move and gave us an estimate of what it would cost as well as some very helpful hints about packing our belongings. On moving day, two trucks and a team of five men arrived 20 minutes prior to the appointment time, which we appreciated. A couple of the men had been there for the cleanout, so we knew we were in good hands. They treated our furniture carefully – wrapping it in blankets, and when it was set up in our new apartment, everything was in good order. Dis-assembly of our dining room table, china closet, and bedroom set was done efficiently and totally put back together in our apartment. Our boxes were all moved into the rooms in which we wanted, and I am happy to report that nothing was broken thanks to the good advice we received regarding packing them! We were extremely pleased and will recommend them without hesitation. In fact, we had CleanCo come back to the house for some additional removal of items we decided at the last minute not to take to the apartment. Thank you for a job well done! Or, I should say – 3 jobs well done – one move and two removal of items!”

That was terrible experience on march 25. The company sent 3 movers to us to help our cross country moving. We usually put our rings on a ring hanger in the bathroom when we do the night wash, and there is nothing to move in the bathroom. One of the mover asked our permission to use the bathroom, and we said ok. Then, after they finished the work and when I was signing the paper work, the mover again entered the bathroom, and took my engagement ring, which worth almost $10k! We found this 10 mins after they left and call their manager(Luca) immediately. The worse thing is that the manager didn't do anything at first place, but was trying to shield what his employee has done! He claimed his employees are background checked, but the crime just happened in my apartment! We then called the local police and reported everything but since it takes time for them to do investigation so the ring is most likely gone already. It's ridiculous because we are 100% sure who the suspect is but we could not do anything because the company is irresponsible at all!

“Damaged items stuffed a lawnmower on top of other items…of course some stuff will get damaged in a move…however the one star is more than they deserve. they sprayed from sort of pesticide soaking interior contents inside the box. the smell was horrible and entire contents had to be thrown out! They did try to give me stuff that wasn’t even mine which I did not accept. Move yourself at least when it gets ruined you have only yourself to blame.”
