We moved on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and ran into a few hiccups, including the service elevator being inaccessible in our new apartment building. They all took it on the chin and didn’t miss a beat, moving most things through the normal elevators. They didn’t complain or make side comments, they just did what had to be done. “Cannot rave about old city movers enough. From the responsiveness to the emails and the pre-arrival coordination to the crew themselves. They wasted no time, were in step with one another and did not complain one ounce when the 2nd part of the move, the unloading required more stairs than the move out. “We hired Hector and his crew to move us into our new home. We opted for help to pack our kitchen as well. Hector and Mary communicated well about timing, estimated costs, and even remembered the person who recommended the company to me. On the day we moved, it rained. Our new home had just had the floors and carpet cleaner. On the hardwood they laid down protective covering and the whole crew were careful to slip off their shoes when they had to walk on any carpets or rugs. They communicated with each other well about timing and while lifting, so they did not damage any walls or any of our belongings. They asked questions and always checked in with us first before doing anything that might add to the final bill so there were no surprises. I have moved three times in the past few years and this was by far the most professional crew I have ever hired. Finally, they were just nice people. The entire crew was friendly and polite. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!”

Smart, never stopped working, asked good questions and listened when I had a request even if a bit unreasonable.<br>Only suggestion I can offer is that I needed to do some homework and coordination at my high rise due to unreasonable rules and should have done it sooner, would have had someone asked me to. As it was I thought of it myself but movers can do only so much; the facility has to cooperate and won't unless asked. Just sayin'....”

The heat didn’t slow them down or ruin their spirits as we joked around a bit throughout the day and got a 4 story townhouse completely moved in one fell swoop. I had a complex, multi home, multi town, interstate move over the course of several days last week & Abercrombie Jake is an absolute Gem of a Human! Abercrombie Jake was always punctual, communicative, prepared, resourceful & organized. Abercrombie Jake has all the right equipment for whatever comes up. My bedframe screw heads were completely striped & he had just the tools to take it apart then reassemble on the final end! What a life saver! Abercrombie Jake has multiple vehicles, a van with a roof rack was my choice & the roof rack allowed us to get so much more moved faster! Abercrombie Jake has all the extras: the straps, the moving blankets, the dolly's, carts, the padding & of course his Abercrombie Muscles! My 100 + year old Chesterfield sofa is several hundred pounds & he tossed it around like a Teddy Bear! Woof ! Not only am I a fan of Abercrombie Jake but as well as our pets, family & neighbors! They all loved him! We cannot say enough good things about Abercrombie Jake; he's officially our family mover. I had to move from my condo at NorthBank I was renting - as the owner decided to sell it and loomed a termination of lease notice over my family’s head should it sell. BR mover swooped in and moved me to a wonder space in the Bala Cynwyd area. Sure it’s not cheap - but their prices are good considering the amount of stuff I have (3000 sq ft worth of furniture,etc) The three gentlemen knew how to efficiently move my high ends items and super heavy bedroom sets down 3-4 flights of stairs with no elevator at NorthBank. Now that I’m settled in my space I want to say thank you to BR Movers for being there for me again… from Wallingford Pa to NorthBank and now Bala Cynwyd. I will be sure to call BR Movers again when I finally find my forever earthly home.”

“I used this company to move from a house I had been in for 30 years. Needless to say I had a lot of stuff to move. I called Jensen because they are a locally family owned company which appealed to me. I was not disappointed. They came the day before the scheduled move to help me finish packing and prepare the tvs, mirrors, and large pictures to be ready for the next day. The movers who handled that aspect were professional, efficient and personable. The next day the movers arrived as scheduled and began immediately and did not stop until everything was moved into my new place. Unfortunately it turned out to be record heat for April but it did not deter them in the least. Everything was handled professionally and they were very kind about everything. It took all day but the movers never stopped. The only minor issue was a desk didn't survive but I received a claim form to submit for it. The communication was excellent and I would highly recommend this company.”

“Vite moving did an excellent job of moving us the move required two days one day to load and one day to unload. I was concerned about the safety of our items, but I had nothing to worry about. They took extra care of moving the stuff out of our home without any scratches or damages to our walls and they took the same CARE moving the items into our new home. They were efficient and patient with me because I’ve been told I could be a little demanding they gave me a quote that did not change and went above and beyond what they quoted if I had to make another move, I would definitely Vite. DJ came out personally to do the estimate to see the project begin and follow through to the end.
