“Edward and his crew did a great job unloading our POD at a big condo building. Edward was aware of the time crunch caused by an earlier than expected pick up of the POD container. The move-in required a freight elevator, further complicating the job. Anyway, Boss movers were on time, worked quickly and carefully and were so very nice to work with.”

All 3 guys were super professional, careful and polite. They wrapped everything for me, took apart and reset up my bed, and had 3 flights of stairs to deal with. They crushed it and were also demonstrating good teamwork. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction after. They did a great job at an affordable cost. I’m grateful for their help and would recommend !<br><br>Suburban Solutions helped me with my in state Maryland move in record time! The crew loaded up my items and disassembled my bed in an hour! Brian was very organized and knowledgeable in getting everything set up before hand. Steve was a great point of contact the night before and lead man the day of. “I used this company to move in November. Had a horrible experience with them milking the time and trying to charge me extra. For the last 15 minutes the movers were nowhere to be found, then they sat in the truck for about 10 additional minutes or so filling out paperwork. That counted as my time also, and now I’m charged an extra hour? Anywho, now that I’ve unpacked my unit, I see that one of my TVs was damaged. Be careful with these people and make sure you clarify what the said “one hour drive time” that’s included actually entails.”

“I used Jose and his crew for a local moving in VA. They were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and on time every time (I used them 2 days in a row). Finally, they were the most affordable and honest that the other companies that I shopped around. I will highly recommend them and I will surely use them in the future if needed.”

“Absolutely disgraceful experience. All n 1 is owned by the same individual that owns the non-profit Charlotte's web, and I booked with Charlotte's Web to pickup a (used) sofa that I wanted to donate. The three movers arrived, got 1 part of the sofa wrapped and on the truck when one of the movers realizes that he had my dog's hair on his outer coat. Charlotte Web's website requires that donated furniture be free of stains, rips/tears, or excessive wear - it does NOT mention animal hair. Despite this, I had the sofa professionally cleaned and steamed prior making donation arrangements. The supposed dog hairs were also underneath the sofa in the frame parts that would rub against you should you be carrying it - not necessarily sitting on its cushions. Delonte Harris shared with me that they wouldn't be able to take the sofa because of the "excessive" dog hair. I inspect the couch, even trying to remove it. I'm a dog owner so did the sofa have hairs? Of course. Was the hair covering the couch like wolverine? Absolutely not. Delonte was especially dramatic trying to hit the sofa cushions to try and make it seem like so much hair was puffing out. What WAS puffing out was some of the sofa's material threads. As they're unloading the truck - because yes, they'd already loaded half of the sofa in the truck - Delonte Harris asks me whether or not I want them to remove the wrapping paper from the sofa pieces. I replied, "what do you think?" It was at this point, he became aggressive and disrespectful, going back and forth, yelling about me "bucking" at him. All I did was ask him a clarify question. I explained to him that the sofa wasn't wrapped in plastic to start so of course I would want it returned into my home the same way they found it. All in all, this is a prime example of zero impulse control and customer service. Customers come first and while I was annoyed that they couldn't accept the sofa, I understood and agreed with the organization's president, Bryan, whom Delonte called during the course of our disagreement. If you can't handle having a simple question asked of you and take accountability for your lack of self-control, then you don't need to be working for a faith-based organization. Not to mention, even if they added the donation, it is very unsanitary to not clean it before placing it in someone's home. Because I saw the org was catering to families at risk and POCs, I took extra care to ensure that the sofa did not make whichever family feel less than, or like it was a hand-me-down. I wanted it to feel as "new" as possible for a family, especially this close to the holidays. Completely unacceptable behavior and terrible experience. All of this is on video.”

“I used this moving company in 2021 & thought they were efficient, punctual, & professional so I thought I would use them again for my current move. BAD DECISION. From initial contact for a quote I thought something was off because the process wasn't as streamlined as before. Then I get a call the day before my move that my reserved timeslot of 9AM isn't feasible so i'm being bumped to 11AM. An emergency arose during the move where I had to make a few runs <1 mile from the to & from move destination, which I think they took advantage of the no supervision & ran up the clock. I made my runs & came back to the movers nowhere to be found but there was a lunch sack with crackers on my couch so I guess they took a break in the middle of the move. Anywho, $700 later after a 2/hr $398 estimate I'm missing a glass shelf piece to my tv stand & the company has gone radio silent as to what happened to it. I checked the truck upon move completion so I'm not sure what went wrong, but I know I won't be a returning customer.”

“I would like to address my recent review of this company and the owners response. The owner Chris, is as dishonest as he is unprofessional. He lied when he said he offered an in home estimate. I have the emails and text messages to prove that. I had to call him 3 times and ask for the contract to be mailed. I have the phone logs and messages to prove that as well. Chris also lied about items that needed wrapped for moving. They literally wrapped one piece of furniture, ONE, which was our dinning room table. He also lied about the weight of the safe. My husband had to help them move a 750 pound safe. Chris was correct, we did not empty the safe initially. We did however unload the safe in 10 minutes while they carried out boxes. Chris also lied about why the boxes were placed in the garage. Two of the three movers complained EVERY time a box needed to go to the attic. After enduring hours of lazy, incompetent workers, we finally had enough and told Chris to have them place the boxes in the garage. We were also honest with Chris as to why we requested this. Chris even admitted that the reason he was at our location was because he was having issues with the movers and it wasn't the first time. Additionally, if Chris were so concerned about the safety and welfare of his movers, then why did he hire movers he knew had worked all night at Fed-x loading trucks? We hired Chris because he was a local business and wanted to support that. It is no wonder that his own employees spoke so poorly of him!!! They literally said he grossly unpaid them, which I am sure is why they tried to get us to hire them on the side and drug out our move. Chris, I have the emails and text messages requesting a response from you that went unanswered. You misrepresented yourself and your company. To suggest otherwise is just another mistruth!!!”

They even came on-site to review everything and took the time to plan our complex move: one pickup with deliveries to 4–5 different locations. Their team arrived on time, packed quickly and securely, and completed the cross-country delivery in under a week. Everything reached each drop-off undamaged.
