“My partner and I HIGHLY recommend All n One Stop! We used their moving services for a long-distance (3 hour drive) move and the movers were timely, unbelievably nice, and did a fantastic, careful job with all of our furniture.”

“This was by far the most unprofessional and unqualified movers we have used to date. They showed up complaining about being tired due to having worked at FedEx all night loading trucks. They were at our residence for 45 minutes before taking their first 20 minute break. They literally spent more time on their phones then they did moving our items. Before ever entering our home, they suggested that if they couldn't move all of our belongings in 1 day, it would be cheaper to hire them independently. We paid them for 7 hours of work that could have been done in 5 hours (my husband said 4 hours). They literally dropped our boxes in the garage of our new home and complained nonstop about having to occasionally climb 1 set of stairs to our attic. It was clear these guys were not capable of working independently. The owner, Chris allowed them to drag the move out much longer than necessary and grossly overcharged us for services not provided. This company charges by the hour and they have zero issues with overcharging you.”

“Mic's has moved us three times in the last seven years in the DMV area, and I can't recommend them highly enough. On our last move out of DC, the crew packed up our truck quickly and carefully, easing our stress ahead of subsequent ten-hour drive. Josue and his team were kind and professional, consistent with every team we've been lucky enough to have from Mic's during our time in the DMV. Don't go anywhere else for moving services!”

“We were ghosted days leading up to a cross country move. We finally get texts from a secondary co WeHaul who came late and tried to force us to sign for a second truck we didn't need for almost double cost 7pm Sun night... They left my 80 year old mom in great distress. Their helpers at the same confirm to us they do this to people all the time. We had to coordinate a trailer the next morning and my recently deceased vet dad's friends showed up to pack mom's truck. All on one trailer... That's right We Haul one! We are still waiting for in the State of Florida authorities to force a return of our significant deposit. We will also be contacting authorities in Oregon and Virginia. Call Old Dominion or ABF!”

“I was provided these guys as my moving company from 3 brothers moving & storage who is simply just a broker for a move from NJ to DE. They arrived when needed & packed up my storage unit first in which they tried to charge me an extra few hundred dollars to put WEIGHTS in the budget truck they were using. 3 brothers had told me everything was based on cubic square feet. I get to my main home to get the rest of the belongings and in order to get everything I had provided as an itemized list they wanted to charge me $4500 more on top of the $3000 I was spending. I laughed at them considering the quote I got for these items was only $1800 more. They eventually agreed to the $1800 additional but WITHOUT me even filling the truck with all of the items on my list and leaving empty space on top. I left my young son’s dresser set, my grill, & many boxes at the house because I was not going to spend the absurd price they were giving me. Even with our frustrations, the head guy was getting extremely sensitive & defensive during this situation. At the end of it all, he needed a money order for the first half of payment due & the second half was due upon delivery. I got a bank money order since that was quicker & easier in which he mentioned that a “postal money order is better” but still didn’t care as I signed him over the money orders. Once they left, delivery was set for next day. Next day comes, no feedback from them on ETA. I had to call 3 times to eventually speak to a manager who also was extremely defensive saying my money order hasn’t cleared. Even though you can cash in a bank money order immediately. I was of course frustrated & was then told that my ETA was now the following day between 6-9am. My anger then led to them threatening to leave my belongings in New Jersey… at that point I had no choice & accepted the time frame. Belongings then arrived, had scratches on my sons expensive bedroom set & found a New Amsterdam shooter on my upstairs floor. Horrible customer service & a deceptive company.”

“Kelvin was an A plus guy he truly puts all he has into pleasing you. They had to move a 800 lb hot tub from a deck to a concrete slab. We didn't have much space to work with but 4 guys made it happen. They had two guys that called out and so it was a huge job and they made it happen. Thank you guys for all your hard work and time.”

“BEWARE! This company is a scam. They do not have trucks or drivers. Everything is subcontracted. A friendly person from Three Brothers quoted me and explained that everything was charged by the square foot. I accepted the contract. The subcontracted company arrived and proceeded to explain all the extra charges not included. A $2800 job turned into $5200. Thankfully they reduced their price significantly but I still overpaid by $1000.”

“DO NOT USE 3 BROTHERS MOVING & OCEAN MOVING AND STORAGE – VETERAN FRIENDLY IS A LIE – AND I DON’T BELIEVE THEY ARE TRULY VETERANS!!! After hounding me with a plethora of calls, I hired 3 Brothers Moving. ONCE THEY GET YOUR SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT, THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK!!! I must have called 20 times and either got an attitude on the other end or voicemail, regardless, they NEVER CALLED ME BACK AS REQUESTED TIME AND TIME AGAIN! To top it off, they lie. I was told that they were not a broker, that it would be 3 a Brothers Moving Truck that would pack me out when asked. It wasn’t until I called and called that (2 days out from move day) OCEAN MOVING & STORAGE contacted me. Ocean Moving & Storage in Florida was even worse. They showed up 6 hours late, had an attitude, stole my nice dolly, a $200 unopened Breville Juicer, and my $500 toolbox, and threw almost everything unwrapped in oversized wardrobe boxes. They showed NO CARE for boxes and items labeled as FRAGILE or identified as ANTIQUES, yet threw things around like kids toys. My one heirloom from my Father was a handmade/carved mahogany bedroom suit that is (was) over 100 years old – DESTROYED! It’s excruciatingly hard to forgive a company that you spend thousands of dollars on, and cares so very little. Obviously these two “Veteran Owned” “Veteran Friendly” companies – it’s just “lip service”! DO YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY HEIRLOOMS, AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT A FAVOR – DO NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND 3 BROTHERS MOVING OR OCEAN MOVING & STORAGE – THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS, TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER CALL YOU BACK, AND CARELESSLY BREAK YOUR HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND IRREPLACEABLE ANTIQUES AND HEIRLOOMS!!!”

“Bad experience over priced and customer service doesn’t call back , they rude . I didn’t even get all my items there just lost this is the worst company to go to do NOT Go to this company!!!!!!! They don’t charge off of weight but space which is illegal . They will charge you 400 if they can’t fit an 18 wheeler at your house . I was impressed that they delivered and did EXACTLY what they planned and promised to do; on time, professionally, transparently, honestly, with integrity, and at the price they quoted. “In three days these gentlemen moved everything from my 5' x 10' storage unit and my one bedroom second floor apartment, to a storage unit 100 miles away and to my current address. All my kitchen things were carefully wrapped and boxes. My many books were boxed neatly. My furniture was carefully wrapped. Everything was carried downstairs without hitting the freshly painted walls. Their sense of humor made a hot sweaty job go faster. It was in the 80's all three days. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating a move.”
